Thank you for staying with us and for the detailed feedback. I’m sorry the internet was not working during your stay — that’s not acceptable. The internet is up and running again - the router was replaced. Our maintenance team has since confirmed that the fireplace works but they wanted to remind future renters that it is not the main source of heat - there are cadet heaters throughout the home to keep it warm. I’m glad to hear the kitchen supplies and beds met your needs, that's also helpful feedback. We have had a service call from Dish TV and they replaced the cable and some other parts and now the satellite TV is working. Sometimes, you can get 1 or 2 bars on cell phones (AT&T and Verizon) in the yard or driveway. There is a land line phone in the house with free long distance for emergencies. This cabin is perfect if you need a respite from screen time.
