Nestled on 1.3 acres along Little Lagoon, this private Gulf Shores retreat is just a block from the Gulf and close to top restaurants, shopping, and activities. Enjoy your own saltwater pool with a hot tub, a private sandy beach with a hammock, kayaks, and stunning lagoon views.

Inside, you’ll find six bedrooms and three baths, including a luxurious primary suite with a private bath and attached bunk room. With a fully stocked kitchen and bath essentials, all you need to bring is your clothes!

Outdoors, relax by the pool, fire up the grill, or enjoy a game of ping pong, bean bag toss, axe throwing, or a bike ride. The beautifully landscaped property offers unmatched privacy, while a short stroll or quick drive with provided beach gear gets you to the Gulf’s pristine sands.

Perfect for families or friends (sorry, no college groups or large events), this home offers the ultimate in relaxation, adventure, and privacy. There is an additional charge for pool heat Nov-April 15th, no additional fee for hot tub during the same months..

Our family had a great time at this property. The house is clean, spacious and very well stocked.The pool is even better than it looks in the pictures, and kayaking, fishing and crabbing in the Little Lagoon right behind the house is a blast.Our family enjoyed having the bikes.You will not regret staying here.Beautiful home with plenty of room.Also the landscaping is beautiful for family pictures.

Our group has been coming to Gulf Shores for 18 years. Mark and Cindy are the best hosts we have encountered and their property is second to none. The pool area is perfect for all, access to the lagoon by the provided kayaks was a great time. It’s a very quiet area with great access to everything that gulf shores has to offer. I could go on and on, book and make memories like we did.

We stayed here with our immediate family. There were 11 of us total. We had plenty of room for all of us. There property was well maintained with lots of extra amenities including beach chairs and a wagon.

Great place!

This property is great! Owners communicate very well and answer any questions quickly. Very close to the beach but the pool and lagoon area is awesome! There is something for everyone here. Will absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Spring break getaway

Great place for a big group! Wonderful location (near beach but not on busy main road) with every amenity you could want. Pool and hot tub were perfect for our group. Great kitchen for eating in with larger group. Kayaking off boardwalk on inlet was a blast. Plenty of parking. One of the cleanest properties we have stayed in! Porch overlooking pool was perfect for grandparents too!

Our family had a great time at this property. The house is clean, spacious and very well stocked. The pool is even better than it looks in the pictures, and kayaking, fishing and crabbing in the Little Lagoon right behind the house is a blast. The beach is a short walk away (less than 1/2 mile), and it feels even closer with the beach cart and bikes that are provided. We had a minor issue when a lightening storm knocked out the internet service and the owners made it their major priority to get us back online ASAP. You couldn't ask for better folks to do with than Cindy and Mark. I'd highly recommend bringing your family to this home. You won't be disappointed.

It was the best vacation ever. The place had everything you needed and was very homey. The pool was great when it was to hot at the beach. The beach was in walking distance. It was the perfect spot.

Our Own Little Resort!

Three generations of family stayed in this home during a week where four of the days were double-red flags, making us very thankful for the lovely pool area of the home along with the outdoor games provided. The view of the lagoon was beautiful, and our grandson enjoyed fishing and kayaking right in our own "backyard!"

Great beach house!

Beautiful house, feels like a resort! All the amenities were fabulous: pool, floats, bikes, kitchen tools, etc. Cindy was easy to communicate with and very helpful! I’d definitely stay here again.

Great getaway!

A group of 10 friends celebrated a 40th birthday and everyone was impressed with the property. The outdoor area is lovely and spacious! Would absolutely rent this home again.

Fantastic accommodations

Lovely, spacious home with outstanding amenities. Cindy was excellent to deal with. The Boswell house was a great rental experience. Would will keep it on our short list for future beach rentals.

Great getaway with plenty of room and only steps from the beach

We really enjoyed our stay in March for spring break. The heated pool and hot tub were fantastic and the beach was only about a 10 minute walk from the home. With nine adults and three children, there was still plenty of room for everyone. Home was well kept and had all the amenities we desired!

The house has everything you need with plenty of space and incredible views.

This property is delightful! Lots of space, well decorated with stunning views. The pool and hot tub area is a well manutcured tropical setting and private. Owners were very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely plan to return!

We visited the area 8 years ago and fell in love with Gulf Shores. We have another vacation rental in Harbor Springs, Michigan that is listed on Home Away #3663428. It's a very beautiful area in northern Michigan on Little Traverse Bay.
