There’s no better place to enjoy your next sunny Panama City Beach getaway than this 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom vacation rental condo that sits right across from the water, centered on a wide GULF and pool view. We are very close to Pier Park, Concert Venues, Restaurants and just steps away to our dedicated beach access & the iconic Sharky’s restaurant.

Other things to note
Primary renter MUST be 18 or older! Origin has a strict age limit.

Origin resort has the following:
1) On site arcade
2) On-site Coffee and Ice at the Saltwater Marketplace
3) Pool and hot tub on the 4th floor, Pool and hot tub are both heated in the winter months
4) Fitness center on the 4th floor

Your parking pass will be in the unit and will need to be placed in your vehicle as soon as possible upon arrival. We provide 2 parking passes only and are not authorized more than 2. One parking pass is valid for the main parking garage and the other parking pass is for overflow parking. You may park both vehicles in the parking garage while you unload, and then the 2nd vehicle will need to be moved to overflow parking (the large open parking lot right next to the building). We are only authorized 4 wristbands for our unit and we can not obtain any more. These wristbands can not be removed once tightened. I would recommend you just carry them with you or don't tighten them as they cannot be removed. Guests under 10 years old are not required to wear a wristband.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wifi issues as it’s not guaranteed at the beach. If reliable wifi is a must you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
