Enjoy sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico from this 11th floor condo unit at Calypso Resort Tower III, Panama City Beach's first new-construction condo building in over 14 years! This condo is centrally located in the heart of PCB's entertainment district, next door to Pier Park! Everything you need is walking distance - restaurants, nightlife, shopping, grocery stores, attractions, & event venues.

This one-bedroom/two-bath luxury condo unit is spacious at 1,100 SF & can comfortably sleep 6. The unit offers a private, single bedroom with a King bed and en suite full bathroom with stand-up shower. Additionally, the unit features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances & kitchen essentials, living room (with Queen pull-out sofa and 55' flat-screen Smart TV), a full bathroom with garden tub off the hallway, built-in twin bunks off the hallway, & in-unit laundry. The large, private balcony faces the west toward the Gulf - never miss a legendary PCB sunset!

With all new furnishings, the unit boasts coastal luxury charm, with a boho flair. It is outfitted hotel-style with high-quality linens and plush towels, as well as soaps, shampoo/conditioner, pool towels, a welcome amenity, and more! We've thought of every detail to make your stay a relaxing & enjoyable one.

Calypso III is directly across the street from the beach & just steps away with access via an enclosed pedestrian sky bridge. The new tower is highly amenitized with a ground-level casual three-meal restaurant & coffee shop, two seasonal tiki bars (one poolside, one beachside), a zero-entry, heated, resort-style swimming pool with sundeck & seasonal live entertainment, a hot tub, poolside cabanas (rented for an additional fee), an outdoor lawn with fire pits, a gift shop/beach store, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and attached secure/staffed garage parking.

Located next door to Pier Park! Steps from the beach & located in the heart of PCB’s entertainment district - walk to restaurants/bars, indoor & outdoor entertainment venues (including the new TopGolf), city pier, shops, & special events at Aaron Bessant Park!

Communication with Kristin was great! She checked in to make sure everything was okay. The balcony is large and has a great view. We had a wonderful long weekend in PCB.

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary weekend. It was amazing and the pictures don't do the condo justice. The host was very responsive. We also loved the area the condo was in. It was in the middle of everything and we loved that. We would stay again.

This Condo was everything that this post and Kristin promised it would be. Clean, relaxing, easy beach access, heated pool and cabana, fitness center... When we initially walked in our twin girls saids "Wow, we are home!" and by the time we had been there a couple days our baby (3) said, "I love our new home!" We came here after a few days down the beach at a different resort for a business leadership- and can I just say I will never again rank the "relaxingness" of a property as unimportant. While we had a good enough time down the beach- our time here at the condo was magical. The views from the property were spectacular- and we just literally felt as peace, at home, and were able to enjoy our first family vacation as a new family of 5 in all the possible best ways. We hope to go back again. And Kristin the host- could not have been nicer or a better helper. She was quick with replies to questions and even made our trip more magical with some little extras for the kids. Stay here. It'll make your stay at PCB worth it!

The property was beautiful and comfortable, with tons of amenities, and a great view through the large balcony windows. I think this property is ideal for those who want a large and comfortable space for their stay, especially families who plan to spend a lot of time in the room or taking advantage of the property's pool or the nearby activities at Pier Park. If beach fun is your thing, this is a great spot! On the other hand, if you like quiet serenity, crashing waves, and quick access to the sand, this might not be the best choice. That is nothing at all against the property or hosts (who are fabulous!), just a recognition of two very different kinds of experiences on vacation.

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo! In fact, we extended it a few days. The location couldn’t be better, next to Pier Park and just across from the beach.The decor is gorgeous, and the view is incredible! Lee was prompt answering my questions and extending our stay. Recommend 100%!

I honestly haven’t ever had a better stay anywhere else. Kristin went above and beyond with stuff to help out & we appreciated that 100%. Great communication & responded quickly to any questions. The condo was clean & cozy! Will 100% stay here again. You guys have a great place!

Great condo in perfect location!

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful condo with all of the amenities. The hosts were very responsive. We loved the welcome note and snacks. Will definitely come again.

Ironman Florida - Perfect Location

I stayed here during Ironman Florida. It was exactly as described. The location was perfect. Easy walking distance to everything in PCB. It was very clean and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Lee and Kristin were very easy to communicate with and provided all information necessary for an easy check-in. I highly recommend this location for anyone staying in PCB.

Anniversary Getaway

First time staying at Calypso 3 and this specific condo. We had the best week ever. If you are more of a pool person vs. beach this is the place for you. Large pool where you never feel crowded, plenty of seating. Great condo. No complaints at all. Looking forward to staying next year.

A place worthy of an Ironman :)

I enjoy giving feedback and doing reviews so others can plan their vacations appropriately. With that said I usually find something that needs improvement. With this place I really could not find anything to pick on! It was an absolutely wonderful place to stay and has everything you need. Close to Pier Park. Close to Target and Walmart for food shopping. Bed is very comfortable and we loved the walk in shower! Plenty of towels for the beach and pool. There is plenty of space and the view is perfect! My girlfriend is loves her coffee so have the small Keurig was perfect! Communication was fantastic! The hosts were really nice to let us check in 30 minutes early and check out and hour late to accommodate our flight. I was there for to compete in the Ironman event so the location was perfect to the start/finish and Ironman village. If I had to pick on something...and this is me trying to find something I would like to see the pool area open a little later than 10PM. But I'm sure this is an HOA thing and I'm also sure in the busy season this would be important so people can sleep. Other than that I would book here again with no hesitation. Book away triathletes!! This place is perfect!! :)

Me and my travel fairly frequently, been to PCB 3 times now and boy were we missing out. We wanted something different and booked this unit for this trip. To say this place was clean would be a understatment. THIS PLACE WAS SPOT LESS, NO QUESTIONS ASKED! Do waste your time trying to find anytime that you think may not be clean because you will come up empty on that complaint, guaranteed! These guy are super responsive on any questions , any needs at anytime. They have thought of everything you could possible want in a couple day get away. Next beach trip we WILL be at this very spot. Amazing condo, amazing location and amazing customer service. You guys rock!!! The Gautreaus

The Perfect Family Vacation

This beautiful unit was the perfect getaway for my family. The panoramic views to beach was amazing. It was very immaculate & clean and it had the perfect amount of space for a family of four. Check-In was very smooth. The amenities on site at the resort were perfect. Lastly, The hostess Lee & Kristin made sure that all our needs were taken care of. We will definitely be staying here again.

We will definitely return! Lee was so helpful and responsive, the check in process was seamless and accommodating which was much appreciated with a 4 yr old after an early flight. The condo is beautiful and clean with stylish touches. It was perfect for my husband and I and our our son. Very comfy bed, super cute bunks and special extras like Keurig pods to start you off, kids plates and utensils, beach towels, etc. made our stay easy and relaxing. The location was fantastic with a beautiful view. We didn’t rent a car and found it wasn’t necessary as we didn’t venture far and had groceries delivered. Pier park had different dinner options and plenty to do with our kiddo. The beach chair and umbrella was so nice to have so we didn’t have to rush down to find a spot. The pool and tiki bar were fantastic in the afternoon and having the restaurant downstairs was very convenient.

Calypso 3 - 1103 is my first & only unit, so it has been furnished & outfitted with a lot of love & a lot of extras. I truly believe that what makes an accommodation experience special is the attention to detail, when your needs have been preconceived.
