THE VIEW/LOCATION
B310 offers a partial ocean view, with coastal glimpses from the rooftop balcony and palm views from the main floor. The upstairs sundeck includes a large patio table, perfect for outdoor dining accompanied by the soothing sound of the ocean.
KITCHEN & DINING
Step into a bright, fully updated kitchen with custom cabinetry, high end stainless steel appliances—including an induction oven and beautiful custom countertops. It's fully equipped for everything from a quick beachside lunch to a full dinner. The dining table seats four, with additional seating for four at the island. Perfect for meals, games, or gathering with friends and family.
LIVING AREA
The living room offers a comfortable space to unwind, featuring a plush sofa, two swivel chairs, a 50” Smart TV with extended cable, and a cozy fireplace for added warmth and ambiance.
SLEEPING
This two-story condo sleeps up to six guests, with plenty of space to stretch out:
Primary Suite (Upstairs) – King bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen Smart TV, a mini fridge and a large closet for easy storage.
Guest Bedroom (Downstairs) – Two queen beds, a ceiling fan, and a smart TV.
Living Room – Queen sofa sleeper for extra guests.
BATHROOM
Both bathrooms feature elegant custom work and thoughtfully chosen finishes:
Downstairs Bathroom – Tub/shower combo, a separated vanity, and plenty of lighting.
Upstairs Bathroom – Features a tub/shower combo, a double-sink vanity, and ample lighting—everything you need to get ready in comfort and style.

B310 is made up for you to have the perfect beach vacation and is filled with thoughtful additions to enhance your stay:.
- A PacknPlay Travel Crib is provided for those traveling with younger guests.
- Complimentary High-speed wireless internet and an extended cable package in the living room
- B310 is fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (4), beach towels (6), sand toys, a beach umbrella, and beach chairs. (4)
- The owner has also provided a beach wagon to make your trips to and from the beach a little easier!
- The owner has white noise devices in each bedroom—perfect for guests who prefer to keep the windows open during the warmer months and would like to minimize any noise from nearby trains.
**Please note there is no AC in the unit. Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

North Coast Village offers an all-in-one location for an unforgettable vacation.
