This Rocky Ridge vacation rental/ski lease is located on the bluff, looking toward Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley and Lake Tahoe’s West Shore. It’s hard to imagine a better spot to enjoy nature’s beauty than in this private setting with magnificent lake and forest views. It boasts a traditional floor plan with four bedrooms upstairs and was recently remodeled; it is tastefully furnished with Tahoe antiques. When you enter the home you are greeted by our beautiful blue Lake Tahoe. The first-floor living room has vaulted mountain-style ceilings and a stone fireplace. A wet bar separates the dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. Sliding glass doors connect to a large deck, which has direct access to hiking, biking, and cross-country trails. Back inside, slate floors with radiant heat flow throughout. A powder room, laundry room and storage closets complete the first level. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a loft. The master bedroom with vaulted ceiling has a king bed, bath, sliding doors and a private deck with spectacular lake views. Three more bedrooms have a queen bed, a full bed, and two sets of bunk beds. A second full bath is convenient to all. Your well-mannered dog is welcome. The development is close to all that Tahoe City has to offer. Rocky Ridge is a gated community of 60 acres surrounded by State Forest Land, where you can enjoy nature on one of the many hiking or mountain biking trails just steps away. Amenities include 2 swimming pools, 2 spas, tennis, basketball, playground, Bocce Ball court and a private beach, annex located just down the road with parking and pier, BBQ facilities, clubhouse and volleyball court. Every vacation condo rental offers vaulted mountain-style ceilings, beautiful rock fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens, all set in an open two-story floor plan.

All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans.

*Forest View pool is being re-coated in Spring 2026, which may affect the opening date. No refunds will be given.
