Fabulous Home in Sought After Neighborhood, Close to El Paseo.

Our beautiful warm bright and inviting mid century desert home is located in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in South Palm Desert. We are within walking distance to the famous El Paseo shops and fine dining. We are close to the living desert and over 100 golf courses.

Freshly decorated and furnished with love, our home can accommodate eight guests and has all the amenities at your disposal to ensure a fun and comfortable stay.The main house has 3 large bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed, flat screen TV and full on suite bathroom. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, the second guest bedroom has a king bed and they share a full bathroom.

There is a large bright galley kitchen with natural light illuminating the work area. The kitchen contains everything you would need to prepare a quick snack or a gourmet meal for twelve. The gorgeous dining room has soaring ceilings and a wall of glass leading out to the sparkling pool. The dining table has seating for twelve and warm lighting. Beamed ceilings and lots of candles add to the zen atmosphere. The living room is tastefully decorated with comfortable seating, a cool bar area which seats 5-6 people and has a pretty fireplace to cozy up to on the cooler evenings.

There is a bonus room that we like to hang out in to watch movies or play music. After an afternoon of swimming in the salt water pool, relax and watch the sun set behind the mountains or spend an evening having a barbecue at the outdoor kitchen.

There is a laundry room through the garage for your use. It has a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and clothes steamer. This is also where the pool towels are kept.

The owners live in the attached casita which has its own private entrance.We are very low key and you won't see us, unless you need us for anything, and we are happy to help with any issues you may have.

Alternately shop and dine on El Paseo, have a bottle of fine wine and stroll home from a wonderful evening-what a way to live!

The perfect pool area away from home! Soothing and perfect for lounging with friends and family.

We were very impressed that the house had everything we needed-in the kitchen, for the pool and lots of extras. The casita is perfect for extra guests to have their own space. The beds were super comfy! And Noreen is lovely and so easy to work with. The house is close to many restaurants and hikes. Highly recommend!

We loved the cozy atmosphere of this house, great to hang in the backyard. Truly a delight Noreen is awesome with communication The location of this house was the best for walking to dinner or Shadow Mtn Resort.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay!

We visited during Christmas and the owner decorated the house for us with a tree and other decorations. It made our holiday extra special. The house has everything we needed for a great stay.

Everything about my stay at this property was exceptional. Noreen, was very accommodating, accessible, courteous, friendly and absolutely lovely. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to stay at property. We enjoyed every second of it. This home has everything you need or want, and then some. The pictures do not do it justice. Great house for a couples long weekend

The location is as central as advertised. The home is well maintained and has multiple seating areas, inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the house was very clean, overall. The outdoor area containing the pool and BBQ was very nice. Our only want would have been for more seating area with direct afternoon sun. It was only in the mid 60s when we were there, so being outside in the shade was a little cool. We would recommend this house to others.

Well appointed with generous layout

We had three families all with small children. There wasn’t a single thing that we needed in the kitchen that wasn’t there (that’s rare!). A stash of pool toys and board games, plenty of space and extra beds. The yard was lovely, the pool was sparkly and the owner was very nice. Would happily stay again.

Beautiful stay in a warm and inviting home!

I had a group of friends looking for a comfortable house to fit all 12 of us for our Coachella weekend getaway. This house was the perfect fit, and we couldn't have asked for a better home owner. Noreen was reliable, inviting, considerate, and respectful. The house had a great sound system, lots of available towels, and for a home that fitted our size, it was very spacious. Would definitely book through Noreen if traveling through this area again!

Perfect for our ladies reunion

There were 10 of us sisters, cousins, aunties and nieces who all get together in Palm Springs once a year. This is the first time we have rented a house and we will definitely do it again. The house was the perfect size, well appointed and had plenty of bathrooms for all of us. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. We paid the extra to have the pool heated and it was worth it. It is close to El Paseo and great restaurants. Noreen was very helpful with everything. We will come back.

Great house, Great location!

We rented this home for a few nights with 3 families with young children. The layout of the home and the location was perfect. The home was fully stocked with everything that we needed. The home itself and the casita are a bit dated, but nothing you don't overlook once you are there. We enjoyed our stay, perfect for multiple families. The owner was fantastic to work with, her communication was ideal. Thank you.

A long weekend away with my girlfriends!

We arrived on Friday Oct. 20th. The house had music playing for our arrival, the pool had a beautiful swan float for our enjoyment. The house was ridiculously cute, decorated impeccably, the attention to detail was fabulous. 9 girlfriends on a getaway. Noreen and John have thought of everything in the house. The kitchen is SO well stocked, the beds are very comfortable, the linens are clean and soft. Ample towels for 9 women who needed to shower to go out and celebrate. The house is close to hikes, walking distance to shops, restaurants and happy hours. The dining room had ample room to accomadate big dinners together. The pool area is beautiful with a firepit table for the night time and a beautiful BBQ area. As a group of 'fun mature women', we have stayed in LOTS of private rental homes, Noreen and John's was by far the best we have ever stayed in and we will be booking it again for next year! By the way, Noreen's response time is excellent. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in your home.

Beautiful property

The house is a nice space, but a bit tired. Beds were comfortable. While the house is shown to sleep 12 there were not enough towels supplied for our stay. We were so busy we did not reach out to the owner, so I cannot speak to how responsive they might have been. We paid the total amount easily 4 weeks before our stay and now are waiting 2 weeks for the return of our deposit. Would not stay again.

Clean and spacious

Stayed here for the 4th of july weekend. Great house. Very clean and convienient. Great location, close to everything. The owner, Noreen was very punctual and made the entire check in and check out process very easy. I highly recomend this house.

Stunning home with lots of room and entertaining space

The home is situated in a lovely neighborhood walking distance from El Paseo. The outdoor space is lovely for entertaining with the awesome outdoor kitchen and salt water pool. There were no chemicals in the pool that I could detect which made the swimming quite lovely. The home is stocked with everything you would need from the kitchen to the lovely furniture. The house is quite large to have 5 single friends that would have their own bedroom or several couples. The sound system in the house is a nice feature.

clean, spacious and well supplied.

I stayed at Noreen's house for girl's high school reunion in March, 2017. We had day trips to Palm Springs and Joshua tree National park which was about an hour away. House is big enough for 10 of us with many sitting areas and located in quiet and very safe residential area. Noreen charged better than any other homes that I had checked and responded promptly with all the detail needed. I would recommend this home for any gatherings.

Quiet neighborhood. Close to El Paseo Dr. Lovely home

We were looking for a home where our extended family could gather. We have been coming to the Desert in January for years. Noreen is very accommodating and very prompt in her replies. Her home allows 12 adults comfort to gather and to retreat when folks need some personal space. We did not use the kitchen as much as we thought (amply stocked) as the location was central to wonderful restaurants and cafes. The casita was great for a few members of the family that are mentally challenged and wanted more space. They joined in when they wanted to and left to play video games when they wanted. The pool was nice (unfortunately, no spa), but turned out the rain and weather prevented more participation in the pool. Overall, we were very satisfied with the housing arrangement and look forward to coming to Noreen's home in the future.

Perfect location for family get together!

Our family stayed at this property over the Thanksgiving holiday and it was a perfect fit for our group! We had a mix of a couple of families with young kids and a few grandparents and the layout of the house was perfect so the grandparents had their space in the guest house and the families stayed in the main home. House was spacious enough where it never felt crowded. Kitchen was well equipped and we were able to enjoy a home cooked Thanksgiving dinner at the house! In fact, because it was easier to stay in, we cooked most of our own meals in the kitchen! We enjoyed the pool, the game closet and the location. Noreen was very responsive and easy to communicate with! Overall an awesome week and we plan to keep this home in mind for future Palm Desert vacations!

Everything we wanted (and needed)!

We were wanting to spend a weekend with our Marine, before his deployment, and much of our family is in California (LA area). This was, not only the perfect middle meeting spot, but was laid out perfectly for all of us to be together the majority of the time. The house was well maintained and had everything we needed to just relax and enjoy our time together. Neighborhood was quiet, which was perfect for us. Kids had a great time and we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you, Noreen!

Relaxing and well kept house

We had a great time during our stay at this wonderful little Casa. The house is open and clean. There are a ton of amenities. And my personal favorite was the plethora of towels our hosts had left for us. They are so thoughtful. The pool and grill in the back yard are ideal. Just make sure you aren't too loud because the neighbors are right in your backyard.

Birthday Getaway

My friends and I rented this property to celebrate my 50th birthday. We have been vacationing in Palm Desert for the last few years to escape the rainy West Coast winter and have rented a variety of properties. This time I wanted an extra special place to celebrate my birthday with the space to invite a few more friends down. From the beginning, Noreen was responsive and a pleasure to communicate with; all questions were promptly answered and she held my desired dates until I was able to confirm my plans. We were all very impressed with this home and its comforts and amenities. It was clean and well kept, and thought was put into making the décor warm and inviting. The common areas are much more spacious than they appear in the photos, lots of room to gather as a group or head off to a quiet area. We spent the majority of our days out on the patio and found the outside bar area and grill very convenient. The salt water pool was a nice touch, very pleasant to not smell or taste chlorine. We are foodies and found the kitchen, along with the outdoor grill, well equipped to prepare meals for our large group. The dining room is a wonderful, large yet cozy, area to gather together for great food and wine. Many hours were spent around this table. We got good use out of the games cupboard and Wii in the evenings. There is a good sound system and a collection of CDs to use. The bedrooms were all well furnished with comfortable beds and new linens, the only exception being the fold-out couch in the Casita-but its rare to find a decent fold-out so I don't take it as a negative. There were plenty of household/pool towels and pillows. Grocery stores and shopping are very nearby, El Paseo is about a 10 minute walk. The hiking in Indian Canyon is a great afternoon outing and there are golf courses for all levels. We chose an executive course a few minutes drive from the house to play some non-competitive, inexpensive rounds. We went to the Palm Springs street market on Thursday evening and to the College of the Desert market on the weekend. But honestly, we spent the majority of the time just lounging around enjoying the outdoor and indoor spaces. It was great to just relax, talk and laugh with good friends, and get out of the rain! I would rent this property for a group vacation again without hesitation. Britt Vancouver, BC
