- Monthly rentals are tax free (saving you 12%!) if you book for 28 or more nights. We will make any needed adjustment when finalizing the price. For reservations of 28+ nights, we will also include a mid-term cleaning/"refresh" at no charge to you.

- We require a 5 night minimum for high season (January - March); 3 or 4 night minimum other times of the year.

Availability & Booking: Our online calendar is updated in real time and nightly rates are accurate. Fees are payable in two installments if dates booked are beyond 30 days from date of booking.

Need additional space? We also have a very nice Creekside Studio condo at Shadow Mountain that works great for "overflow". It has a king bed, is very close to this 2 bedroom condo - about a 1 minute walk away - and can sleep 2 adults. It is property #4631437 on VRBO.

Things to Know:
* WiFi, Direct TV and all utilities included.
* Large Smart TV in Living Room with Apps for streaming channels (eg. AppleTV, Prime, Netflix, etc.). Sign in using your own accounts for easy access to your favorite shows.
* Well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops.
* Large showers in both bathrooms.
* Bluetooth clock radio, for easy listening to your own music from your connected phone or tablet, with Qi charging.
* Shared coin laundry area steps from front door.
* Free covered parking. One designated parking space is steps from your front door. Other non-designated covered parking spaces are close by.

Other Good Things to Know:
* Grocery stores, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Target, Costco, a Westfield Shopping Mall with Macy's and other major chain stores are in easy driving distances.
* El Paseo is in walking distance - great for high-street shopping, browsing art galleries and boutiques, and people-watching in general - and enjoying a wide range of dining options at its many wonderful restaurants.
* On-site dining through the Above the Eight Restaurant - check schedule and hours as they vary based on the season.
* Palm Springs, La Quinta, Rancho Mirage, Cathedral City and other desert communities are only a short drive away.
* Fast EV charging is convenient and close by - the closest fast (350) charging stations are located in the Target parking lot off Hwy 111 to the west and the next closest (also up to 350) is next to the In-n-Out/CVS/Starbucks at Hwy 111 and Bob Hope Dr.
* And in the "good to know" category, Amazon deliveries are best scheduled for pickup at Whole Foods - a very short drive away, off Hwy 111 - which also happens to be across the parking lot from the iconic Handels famous ice cream store!
* And yes, there is surfing in the desert! Our son reports that the Palm Springs Surf Club is great.

* Fly into Palm Springs airport for easy access - or into other Southern CA international airports, LAX, Orange County, San Diego, Ontario.
