Not only will you have immediate access to what many call "the best golf club of Pensacola," along with a playground for younger guests and a seasonal outdoor pool, this vacation rental is also just a short walk from Garcon Bayou Nature Park and less than 10 miles from several popular area attractions including the Johnson Beach National Seashore, Perdido Beach, Tarkiln Bayou Preserve State Park, and Perdido Key State Park. You're also just eight miles from Flora-Bama and only 17 miles from all the shops, restaurants, and rides available at the Wharf!

At the core of these linked studios, you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a living area with a TV, a half bath, and a laundry room with a washer/dryer to let you pack light for your trip here to Pensacola - the westernmost city in the Florida Panhandle!

Each of the four attached studios features comfortable beds to accommodate up to 16 guests in the cottages, TVs, air-conditioners, desks and chairs, full baths, and an assortment of helpful amenities including mini-fridges, microwave ovens, and coffee makers, all with grand golf course views!

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
