The Fawn is a new 3 bedroom condo has been designed for luxury and comfort by the locally renowned design team at Natur. Ideal for 8 guests and suitable for 10, it’s tucked away in a quiet corner of Verbier close to the spa pavilion and Le Geant Golf Course. Take advantage of the property through every season by being centrally located to local restaurants, activities, and hiking trails. The Verbier Complex has a free shuttle that takes you directly to the Pedestrian Village, no need to drive!

The space
The living room is tastefully decorated and is set up with comfortable seating and a gas fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure in the village. The living room couch is conveniently a double sofa bed for extra sleeping space. Equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, and cookware, the kitchen is ready for you to prepare delicious homemade meals.

This home has 3 separate bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed complete with a full ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 features two queen beds, and bedroom 3 has an additional queen bed. There are 2 full bathrooms with 1 shower and 1 shower-in-tub.

Indulge in the conveniences such as high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and a private balcony with a BBQ and forest views. Positioned in a prime location, this condo grants you entry to the amenities of The Verbier Pavilion - pool (seasonal), hot tub, sauna, firepit, and gym included. Guests have easy access to ski lifts, hiking trails, boutique shops and dining options.

Le Fawn est un nouveau condo de 3 chambres a été conçu de manière unique pour le luxe et le confort par l`équipe de designers de Natur, réputée localement. Pouvant accueillir jusqu`à 8 personnes, il est niché dans un coin tranquille de Verbier, à proximité du pavillon du spa et des sentiers menant au terrain de golf Le Geant. Profitez de la propriété en toute saison grâce à sa situation centrale par rapport aux restaurants locaux, aux activités et aux sentiers de randonnée. Le complexe de Verbier dispose d`une navette gratuite qui vous emmène directement au village piétonnier, sans que vous ayez besoin de conduire !

L`espace
Le salon est décoré avec goût et dispose de sièges confortables et d`une cheminée à gaz, parfaite pour se détendre après une journée d`aventure dans le village. Le canapé du salon est idéalement un canapé-lit double pour un espace de couchage supplémentaire. Équipée d`appareils électroménagers et d`ustensiles de cuisine ultramodernes, la cuisine est prête à préparer de délicieux repas maison.

La maison dispose de trois chambres séparées. La chambre principale dispose d`un lit king-size et d`une salle de bains privative complète. La chambre 2 dispose de deux lits queen et la chambre 3 d`un lit queen supplémentaire. Il y a deux salles de bains complètes avec une douche et une douche dans la baignoire.

Profitez des commodités telles que le Wi-Fi à haut débit, la télévision à écran plat et un balcon privé avec barbecue et vue sur la forêt. Bénéficiant d`un emplacement de choix, ce condo vous permet d`accéder aux équipements du Pavillon Verbier : piscine (saisonnière), bain à remous, sauna, foyer et salle de remise en forme. Les clients ont un accès facile aux remontées mécaniques, aux sentiers de randonnée, aux boutiques et aux restaurants.

CITQ# 317925
1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.

2) The person booking the property must be 25 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.

4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.

5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.

6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.

7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.

8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.

9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the OPP or the Town’s Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.

10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.

11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.

12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.

13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.

14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.

15) The Renter hereby agrees to not emanate ANY noise that will disturb any neighboring people or property, at any time. The renter is accountable for any fines or levies placed on The Management Company or other, during stay, caused by excessive noise or any other prohibited act.

16) The Renter has read, acknowledged, and will abide by the below By-laws. The penalty for contravening any provision in this by-law is 650 CAD and will result in the loss of the renter’s damage deposit in its entirety. This is in addition to bearing responsibility for payment in full of any fines issued.

Snowboard trip with friends

Vernier was the perfect spot to stay for my friends and I for our trip to Mont Tremblant. Staying at the property provides access to the shuttle that runs to and from the mountain. There was a spa with hot tubs and a sauna which was perfect after a long day. The condo we stayed in was clean and had everything we needed. Would happily stay again!

Excellent!

This is a beautiful apartment with everything you need! Beautifully furnished, lovely big deck, comfortable beds, luxurious linens. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped. Lives up to the photos!! The common pool area is excellent as well. Would definitely stay again!!

Condo super confortable, mobilier très classe, grande cuisine avec tout ce qui est requis pour cuisiner. Bémol; système de climatisation impossible à fermer puisque nous voulions profiter de la météo fraiche pour dormir les fenêtres ouvertes. Nous avons du contacter PV pour nous assister le jour suivant. De plus, les voisins directs ont été assez bruyants lors de notre séjour.
