Welcome to this brand new elegantly designed 3 bed, 3 bath condominium featuring luxury and custom made furnishings. This condo can comfortably accommodate 8 guests and up to 10, and is just steps from the Spa Pavilion hot tubs, sauna, exercise facility, and pool (summer). Just 1.5 km from the Tremblant pedestrian resort village and ski slopes (free shuttle service is available), this home is conveniently located to all local activities, dining, and experiences, such as Le Géant Golf Course.

*The Verbier Pavilion pool is closed for the season. All other amenities (hot tubs, sauna, gym) are available year-round*

The space:
The living area showcases exposed wood beam cathedral ceilings and a lovely Venetian plaster feature wall. Impressive floor to ceiling windows with mountain views complete the space. Comfortable seating surrounds the main TV with access to streaming apps. A gas fireplace and heated floors are ready to keep you warm on chilly days. This area leads out to the primary balcony, with a private BBQ and outdoor furniture, perfect for entertaining and taking in the views.

The modern and functional kitchen is equipped with many appliances, cookware, and a large center island. Some of the many kitchen features include a drip coffee maker, blender, air fryer, and a hand mixer. The dining room and island comfortably seat 10.

Bedroom #1 features a King-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a desk/workspace and Smart TV. Bedroom #2 offers a Queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom, Smart TV, and a private balcony with seating. Bedroom #3 delights with a double bed and a double bunk bed. A third family washroom is located on the main floor. A full-size washer and dryer are also available.

Guest access:
The Verbier community has free shuttle service to the mountain, and direct access to bike and snowshoe/walking trails, making it an ideal location for outdoor enthusiasts. You will also have free access to the Verbier Spa Pavilion, offering an indoor dry sauna and gym, and an outdoor hot spa with a pool (summer) and fire pit.

Parking is a breeze with two covered spots in the underground parking garage. Private storage locker for sporting equipment such as skis and bikes is available.

Bienvenue dans ce tout nouveau condominium de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains au design élégant, doté d`un mobilier luxueux et sur mesure. Ce condo peut accueillir confortablement 8 personnes et jusqu`à 10. Il se trouve à quelques pas des bains chauds, du sauna, de la salle d`exercice et de la piscine (en été) du Pavillon Spa. À seulement 1,5 km du village piétonnier de Tremblant et des pentes de ski (un service de navette gratuit est disponible), cette maison est bien située pour toutes les activités locales, les restaurants et les expériences, comme le terrain de golf Le Géant.

*La piscine du Pavillon Verbier est fermée pour la saison. Toutes les autres commodités (spas, sauna, gym) sont disponibles toute l`année.*

L`espace :
L`espace de jour offre des plafonds cathédrales à poutres apparentes et un joli mur en plâtre vénitien. D`impressionnantes fenêtres allant du sol au plafond et offrant une vue sur les montagnes complètent l`espace. Des sièges confortables entourent la télévision principale avec accès à des applications de streaming. Une cheminée à gaz et des planchers chauffants sont prêts à vous réchauffer lors des journées fraîches. Cet espace mène au balcon principal, avec un barbecue privé et des meubles d`extérieur, parfaits pour recevoir et profiter de la vue.

La cuisine moderne et fonctionnelle est équipée de nombreux appareils électroménagers, d`ustensiles de cuisine et d`un grand îlot central. Parmi les nombreux équipements de la cuisine, on peut citer une cafetière goutte à goutte, un mixeur, une friteuse et un batteur à main. La salle à manger et l`îlot peuvent accueillir confortablement 10 personnes.

La chambre 1 dispose d`un lit King-size, d`une salle de bains attenante, d`un bureau/espace de travail et d`une Smart TV. La chambre 2 dispose d`un lit de grande taille (Queen), d`une salle de bains attenante, d`une télévision intelligente et d`un balcon privé avec des sièges. La chambre 3 est dotée d`un lit double et d`un lit double superposé. Une troisième salle de bains familiale se trouve au rez-de-chaussée. Un laveuse et un sécheuse de taille normale sont également disponibles.

Accès pour les hôtes :
La communauté de Verbier dispose d`un service de navette gratuit vers la montagne et d`un accès direct aux pistes cyclables et aux sentiers de randonnée en raquettes, ce qui en fait un lieu idéal pour les amateurs d`activités de plein air. Vous aurez également accès gratuitement au Verbier Spa Pavilion, qui propose un sauna sec intérieur et une salle de sport, ainsi qu`un spa extérieur avec une piscine (en été) et un foyer.

Le stationnement est un jeu d`enfant avec deux places couvertes dans le garage souterrain. Un casier de rangement privé pour les équipements sportifs tels que les skis et les vélos est disponible.

1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.

2) The person booking the property must be 25 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.

4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.

5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.

6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.

7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.

8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.

9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the OPP or the Town’s Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.

10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.

11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.

12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.

13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.

14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.

15) The Renter hereby agrees to not emanate ANY noise that will disturb any neighboring people or property, at any time. The renter is accountable for any fines or levies placed on The Management Company or other, during stay, caused by excessive noise or any other prohibited act.

16) The Renter has read, acknowledged, and will abide by the below By-laws. The penalty for contravening any provision in this by-law is 650 CAD and will result in the loss of the renter’s damage deposit in its entirety. This is in addition to bearing responsibility for payment in full of any fines issued.

This was a great cottage! We were 6 friends between the ages of 32-36. The property was perfect, easy parking and close to Tremblant Village. We walked 10 minutes to the village both nights. Perfect distance! The Spa Pavilion was also a great perk. Multiple hot tubs, a sauna and a pool. The cottage was very clean and exactly as described. Easy communication with the owners. We would definitely come back again!
