Beautiful condo right on the beach, that is conveniently located right by the pool and exercise room and has a partial ocean view from both inside and out on the balcony. Our unit is a large 3 bedroom 2 bath condo with over 1565 square feet interior & a large balcony. It is comfortable enough for two small families.
1 Hr from Orlando!

Includes: Tile floors throughout, internet access, cable TV in the living room and all three bedrooms (living room and primary br have smart TV's), full-size washer and dryer in the unit, a fully-equipped kitchen, dining table seats up to 10 with 4 additional bar stools at the kitchen counter, 2 chairs and 3 leather couches in the living room (2 of them are sleeper sofas), tower fans in each bedroom closet for your comfort. The roof top pool and gym are just steps from your door. We have covered, secured parking with elevators & carts for convenience. The beach has easy access with a ramp for bringing all your equipment w/ no stairs to climb.
We provide all bed and bath linens and beach towels. We also have a stocked beach closet with chairs, tennis & pickle ball rackets, but we do not guarantee supplies in the event a previous renter damaged them.

Our Condo is a “Smoke-Free Home” and “No Pets Allowed”.

Due to Fire Marshal Rules... beach chairs, toys, fishing equipment can be left in the outdoor hallways or by the front door. They will be removed.
Please do not hang towels or clothes over the balcony. ABSOLUTELY NO CLIMBING OVER BALCONY RAILS TO AND FROM THE WALKWAY..
Luggage and shopping carts are available, but must be returned immediately. They are not permitted in the unit and CANNOT be left in the walkways.

Fantastic

The property was perfect for our family of 9 get away. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms and dining had so much space and plenty of seating for everyone. The location was amazing.Absolutely wonderful time. New Smyrna Beach never disappoints. Walked out and watched the sunrise every morning of our 4 night stay. Couldn’t have asked for better weather. The owner/host Annie was constantly in touch and made sure alll was good for our arrival and stay. Meloney the rental manager was great also giving arrival instructions. The maintenance engineer Mr. Moody was so nice and helpful every time we saw him and had questions. Definitely will try and come back soon. Thank you Annie and your family for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation. God Bless!

Parking was a challenge.

Parking was a challenge. Not allowing a third vehicle was an inconvenience because we were coming from three different cities. The beach was wonderful.

Perfect for wedding

Our daughter was getting Married in NSB and we can’t say enough wonderful things about this condo. Not only was everything we needed supplied- it was spotless but the way it was designed and decorated was home for us. Cozy- simplistic with tons of space for our family. Thanks so much for allowing us to make wonderful memories there.

Family vaca '24

The location was great: the pool deck was right around the corner, and the elevators took us to the ground level to pass under the front building and right out to the beach! The new storm wall and ramp down to the beach are a great improvement. The beach closet was well stocked with sun shades, chairs, sand castle tools, and a handy collapsable wagon to tote it all to the beach. Parking was easy even on the 4th of July, as the church across the street is a great overflow option. The kitchen was well stocked. We ate two meals daily in our unit, and our group of 6 adults and three littles were very comfortable with the space. We would stay there again!

We love the easy access to the pool and beach. Flagler Ave. is a short drive and there is an abundance of restaurants nearby.

Great place!

The property was great! It was clean, had great access to the pool and beach, and was well stocked with pretty much everything we would need for a party of 10! Annie, the property owner, had fantastic communication and was available as needed. Our party of 10 had a great family vacation and we will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect Location With Everything You Might Need

We booked this vacation for 2 months to work remote and homeschool our 3 kids from a warmer climate. Everything was exactly as described. This space had great access to the pool and easy access to the beach in a perfect location away from beach traffic yet close to anything you might need. The hosts have truly set this condo up with families in mind providing beach charis and boogie boards to sandtoys and everything in between. Anne our host was wonderful and easy to connect with. We had one issue (outside of their control) and they were quick to get someone out and taken care of immediately. We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to recommend this condo to friends or stay again!

Geared for a Great Family Vacation

We had a great Family vacation here. The proximity to the beach, comfort of the accommodations and accessories to ensure beach time and sleep time made for an unforgettable Family vacation. The restaurants nearby served great food and were very convenient. The kitchen was well equipped and the living room and dining room suited our family of 7. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great memory.

Lovely condo but

The condo was lovely but the master bath was not practical as it lacked space around the sink area and no place in the shower for shampoo, body wash (don't know many people who use just soap), etc. Also getting to the beach was exhausting hauling the essentials up and down the elevators, up a ramp and finally down stairs to the beach. And finally the noise from the construction (it started at 8:00 every weekday morning) was bad. We were told about the construction noise so I guess it all depends on what you are willing to tolerate and the construction will end eventually. Annie was really nice but the managing staff seemed a little overwhelmed.

Beautiful condo, great location!

Just returned from a week at this great condo. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean. The location is great, and the proximity to the pool is perfect. The condo has every amenity possible. I have rented countless properties through VRBO, and this owner was by far the most helpful. She even helped us find another available unit in this complex for extended family. The unit right next door! This was our first time to NSB, loved the area. Highly recommend!

Perfection!!

My husband and his family have been coming to MoonTide in New Smyrna Beach for over 20yrs. As our family grew we needed our own space but it was hard finding a condo that fit our family. THIS CONDO WAS PERFECT! My husband would say I'm a little "Bougie" so the decor and touches on the space are beautiful. We had plenty of room for our family but the space they have created is also intimate and perfect for family game nights, dinners etc! We love that you can see the ocean but that the room is right by the pool and gym area which is so convenient. Lastly, our host, Annie was wonderful and so easy to work with. She also went above and beyond. There was still a little construction going on at the building from the hurricane and instead of not addressing it she told us right away and totally took care of us! I appreciate honestly and transparency! Thank you for an amazing week!!

Very Convenient and Comfortable

We were here for 2 weeks . We loved the great access to the pool. The kitchen was very well equipped and living and dining room furniture were more than comfortable and plentiful for a large group. Beds were very comfortable. The Master bathroom was a bit small with not a lot of room for bath toiletries. The other bathroom had nice shelves for bath toiletries but none of this would prohibit us from renting again. Lots of Great restaurants in the area with plenty to do.

Great time at NSB

Town great. Ocean great. View from unit obstructed as we were told. Construction noise really loud at times. As we were told. No beach access and no pickle ball. Hoped both would be rectified before we left. Owner was super and extremely accommodating. Unit just too big for two people. Location great. Certainly would rent here again. Loved NSB. This unit is perfect for a large family ocean stay.

Fun, Spacious and Comfortable Condo

The condo was exactly what our family was hoping for in our first combined vacation since COVID came on the scene. The amenities were perfect for us.
