-Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed on our property unless pre-approved PRIOR to your stay.

-We have a zero tolerance policy on our property being used as a "home base" for parties or visitors to come & go.

-We have exterior cameras to verify who is entering our home.

-If you exceed your confirmed guest count, you will be asked to leave immediately and charged a $500 fine.

**Please note** (as with most places in Nashville) there is construction going on in our neighborhood, which may get noisy at times. We have zero control over this! Construction Activity is allowed Monday through Friday, 7 :00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m ., and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. No Construction Activity that requires a permit shall occur on Sundays and City Holidays. June, July, and August the time would be from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m



Our hot tub is serviced weekly, and it may fall during your stay. Our service tech must enter the house to service the hot tub on the roof deck, so guests must agree (prior to booking) to allow them in to service the hot tub to keep it maintained. They will ring the bell before entry!



House Rules

🎈 Decorations No glitter or confetti, please—they may seem like a sparkly dream, but they turn into a housekeeping scream! NO decorations on Wallpaper! Please remove all decorations before departure

🤫 Quiet Hours We ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping outdoor noise levels down.

🚭 No Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside, or within 25 feet of the property. If you smoke outdoors, please stay clear of the house and keep windows and doors closed to avoid odors inside. A fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home.

🛠️ Breakages We get it—accidents happen! If anything breaks or gets damaged during your stay, just give us a quick heads-up. We’d rather hear from you than find a surprise later. Thanks for keeping things thoughtful and honest—it goes a long way!

🧼 Excessive Mess The cleaning fee does not cover excessive mess. We truly value and respect our cleaning team— and we ask that you do too by leaving the space in good condition. We would never want our cleaners to walk into a disaster or be exposed to anything unsanitary or disrespectful. Please follow our easy check-out instructions in this welcome book to avoid additional fees. Thanks for helping us keep things country-cool, classy, and cozy!

⏰ EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS: Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit. The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price.

🧳Any stay of 3 weeks or more will incur an extra cleaning fee!

☝️Any requests to modify your reservation (not including cancellation) made within 30 days of your scheduled arrival date will incur a $100 change fee. This fee applies per change request and will be charged in addition to any price differences resulting from the modification.



Guest Access:

Guest has full access to the entire home EXCEPT any locked closets!

The Gulch is an upscale neighborhood known for its chic hotels, high-end fashion boutiques and trendsetting restaurants. In a striking art deco building, The Frist Art Museum hosts diverse, adventurous exhibitions, as well as film screenings and lectures.
