Boathouse has every luxury and a private swimming pool. The villa is located on a resort, right on a black sand beach in a rural area, away from tourist attractions.
The beautiful miles-long sandy beach of Sumbersari, the views of Java and the gentle waves offer you the perfect escape.

Boathouse offers 3 bedrooms with 3 ensuite bathrooms and living room, just steps away from the beach overlooking Java.

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen, Wifi, Netflix and other streaming services, a large panoramic terrace and a spacious sun terrace, all overlooking your own private pool on the beach.

The nightly rate includes daily maid service, drinking water, nightly air conditioning, bed linen and bath towels.

The villa has a fiber optic internet connection of 30 Mbps. This can be upgraded to 50 or even 100 Mbps for a fee.

If you also want to use the air conditioning during the day, there will be an additional charge of Rp. 30,000 per air conditioner per day. We use this surcharge to avoid passing on the costs of air conditioning to everyone.

Our recently updated breakfast, lunch and dinner menus offer a variety of flavors and local produce. Fresh rolls are baked every morning! You can choose from traditional Balinese, Asian and/or dishes from all over the world. Breakfast and lunch can be ordered individually, while dinner is served as a group. The dishes are prepared in a separate kitchen for more privacy. Our chefs have undergone cooking training and gained experience in restaurants in the capital. You can pay for your orders at the end of your stay.

If you choose to cook yourself, please leave the kitchen clean. You can also choose to have the cleaning done by the staff, for which an additional charge of Rp. 50,000 per cleaning will be charged.

There are also 3 restaurants in the immediate area, a beachside cocktail bar and local food stalls. Melaya is about 4 kilometers away and offers Balinese supermarkets, the local food market and a medical clinic. An international hospital is 15 kilometers away.

The refrigerator is stocked with various drinks (for a fee) and there is a minibar.

The villa is approximately a 3-4 hour drive from Bali International Airport. We can arrange transport from the airport or your current accommodation. We have our own luxury bus with driver for up to 4 guests. For more than 4 guests we can arrange a larger vehicle to ensure enough space. We are happy to assist you in planning day trips to other local attractions and activities in Bali. These include diving or snorkeling at nearby Menjangan Island, guided trips to various places in West Bali to experience local culture and traditions, trekking in Bali Barat National Park, mangrove tours, visiting the turtle center, or a day trip to the volcano Ijen to see the blue flames.

Guests enjoy complete privacy during their stay at Boat House. You can make use of all facilities, such as the sun terrace, panorama terrace, living rooms, kitchen, and private pool.
