Wild Bay Landing 2 is a luxury bayside townhouse. This three-bedroom, two and a half-bathroom townhome has a furnished balcony and a deck overlooking the beautiful Assawoman Bay. Make use of the personal pier for fishing and crabbing but there is no boat dock or lift. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Wild Bay Landing 2 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

The modern living room is furnished with a sectional sea green sofa, twin lounge/daybed, fireplace and television. The sliding deck doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Up the stairs is a small dining area, perfect for meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a wide counter top, just right for grabbing a quick bite. Right off the kitchen is a half-bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a television, a private bathroom, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!

Unit 2 has the following amenities: central air conditioning, three parking spaces, sun deck, four TVs, one DVD/BluRay player, free WiFi (seasonal), cable TV (seasonal), fireplace, stack washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, dishwasher, and an outdoor foot shower.

Lack of Accountability

Overall there were multiple issues with the unit. The banisters were loose / coming off the staircase which posed a major safety hazard, the lights in the kitchen worked sporadically, there were dirty (used) Q-tips in the dresser drawer of the one bedrooms and generally the unit was in poor condition from an upkeep standpoint. However the biggest issue was the oven which was completely non-functional from the moment we arrived. We alerted the property manager who let the owner know but rather than working to figure out a way to compensate us for the hundreds of dollars in food that was wasted we got the cold shoulder and zero response from the owner. I appreciate appliances break, but the fact that when we sought to remedy the situation we received zero cooperation / consideration from the owner is ridiculous especially considering we paid full price for our stay. I would highly recommend seeking out another unit in the complex or another rental nearby if youā€™re set on being in this area for your next stay

Overall nice property and location . A few improvements would make this property much better.

Overall good stay - could have been better . One zone AC makes main floor freezing and upstairs hot - ceiling fans would cure this. Poor water pressure in master bath / need new regulator and shower head . Condo is very loud - mainly the stairs . Carpet or carpet treads would help . Great deck , great views , very clean . Great, friendly and helpful neighbors

What a sham

We posted a much further in-depth review on shorelines page, but to get this out their, the process checking in was a nightmare. Letā€™s have everyone show up at 3 to get keys in the hot sun. Line around the tiny building. When we got to our place their were flies everywhere and the rooms and floor were not the same in the pic. Property mgmt had to come out and fix two broken toilet seats, a loose banister rod, and other stuff. They quickly updated the pictures on Vrbo once we complained but Iā€™m telling you they still donā€™t show how run down this place is on the inside. Save your money. Worst experience ever and I have been coming to ocean city with family and friends for over 3 decades.

Overall, we had a very lovely stay! The location was beautiful. We enjoyed the views from the deck and the primary bedroom balcony. The location was convenient and peaceful. We were also able to park our car in the garage which wasnā€™t expected but appreciated. There were some opportunity areas though. property was slightly more run down than the pictures indicate. The sofa wasnā€™t comfortable for lounging and obviously wasnā€™t cleaned between stays as there was some sand on it when we got there. Floors felt sandy and sticky. Toaster didnā€™t work. Shower pressure in primary bedroom bathroom was very poor which is inconvenient when youā€™re trying to clean leftover sand off (there was a hose outside that we used primarily for rinsing off though). Some minor cosmetics would make this property seem nicer, but overall we had a nice stay. Property management was very responsive but self check in/check out would be much more convenient.

Swing and a miss

I have never given a bad review except now upon arrival noticed NO LOCKS on sliding door leading to the deck anyone can walk right in. Kitchen is supplies with 2 Pots NO frying,saute pans, kitchen cabinets broken, Refrigerator Luke warm at coldest setting. I could go on but I won't

Good stay

Clean house, the bedrooms are small and cramped. I wouldnā€™t recommend booking for the maximum number of people that this home claims to book because our group was really cramped. We got this place in a pinch and it ended up working out. Good host!

OCMD Memorial Day Weekend Stay

I really enjoyed this property. It was right on the bay and had plenty of room for 10 guys. The check in process was very easy and accommodating. If I make my way back down to OCMD, I would definitely be interested in renting this property again.
