Wow, a lot of firsts here. I’ve been on Vrbo since 2016 and never had a one rating. I contacted Vrbo the evening after you called me because I had never had to cancel a booking. Your refund was processed the next day. I had security go in that room that evening and building mgr and maintenance lead the next morning. They did not smell smoke. IF the room had reeked of smoke, it would not have cleared up in the two hours you said you had the windows open. I also contacted the cleaner that evening and the room had been cleaned were there some grains of sand missed, yes there was. I personally drove 3 1/2 hours to the unit the next day, I smelled no smoke. I checked the supplies since I had guests coming in in a couple days, one soap dispenser had to be replaced. You were NEVER accused of taking supplies i’m not sure how this consumed two days. The last thing I’ll say is you had mentioned you wouldn’t give me a bad rating because the cleaning was not my fault here we are.
