This is a two bedroom two bath unit located on the sixth floor of tower two. The Master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has two queen beds. Entire unit is tiled. It has 3 TVs, 2DVDS, 1 VCRs. The master bathroom has a walk in shower. There is an open kitchen so you can enjoy friends and family in the living room or dining room while your cooking. It is equipped with stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Unit has a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Balcony is open and tiled. You can enjoy an early cup of coffee or a late night dinner on the balcony listening to the Gulf in the background. The unit has free WIFI.

You can't beat this location! In the heart of Destin, Shoreline Towers is within minutes from restaurants, shopping, water sports, fishing and golf. The amenities offered at this well-managed resort are amazing! Enjoy the soothing sauna, swim in our pristine clean pool, play tennis or shuffleboard, use the exercise room, grill out, or picnic by the lake. We even have a clubhouse for your gatherings with family and friends. Security on property 24/7 for guest safety and convenience.

You are within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and less than a mile from Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park. Walk just steps to the beach. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the seasonally heated pool. From this lovely complex, you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water or the sail boats and fishing boats go by.

Less than 4 miles away is the Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop

Construction bummer but beautiful location and condo

The property was under heavy construction the entire time that was loud and a bit invasive and we were not aware of that when the condo was booked.

If you’re here to have a “comfortable” sleep, I wouldn’f recommend a week long stay. Other than that, this place was perfect!

Great ocean view!

We were very happy with the location of this unit. Great view of the ocean from the balcony and it was literally beachfront. Only issues was broken washer and floors weren't very clean. Manager was responsive about the issues but we had to be without a washer for the week. We could have used coin laundry in the building but not the convenience we planned on. It was a beautiful unit though and we would stay there again.

Family reunion week

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always rent through the association to easily rent multiple condos for family reunion week. Things we like here include short walk to beach, ease of access to groceries and Target and most importantly having two beds in second and third bedrooms. I won’t rent a unit that has a sleeper sofa for 2 of 6 guests. This condo is in desperate need of updating. The freezer had no handle on the door; it looked like it was glued more than once. The main door was a veneer wood with a small hole and starting to peel. We had two service calls and issues were fixed promptly.

No package for a beach umbrella or chairs but that was ok as the service was too expensive. Bought a $40 canopy from Walmart and 4 $10 chairs. Gave them away at the end of the week. Better than $208 for the service.

Spring break trip

Overall this is a nice property. The condo was right on the beach and convenient to everything. That being said, it could do with some updating. The appliances were a bit rough when operating them. The washer and dryer combo were very noisy. The chain on the toilet in the guest bathroom got stuck, but my husband was able to fix it easily. Both the toilets did take a long time to fill. The couch and love seat weren’t the most comfortable. Older people would have a hard time getting up off of them. Also, it would have been nice to have more than old plastic chairs for the balcony area. Overall, we had a good time and like the Destin area.

Clean Not........

Everywhere you look was under construction, I can overlook that the but the filthy floors was a bit disgusting. Our feet were so black from walking on the floor and when i went to find a mop I can see why it was so dirty there was no need to try to use it. For what I was charged for a cleaning fee I feel I was a little ripped off Very Disappointed Makes you wonder how clean anything else was.............

Run down condo

This property desperately needs an update. There were no curtains to provide privacy. The appliances were either broken or worn down. The fixtures in the bathroom were falling off the wall. There is mold in the baseboards. It is in great need of a detailed cleaning. It looks like the owners are struggling to keep it maintained.I cannot tell if this is due to neglect or financial reasons. But the location and the management staff are fantastic and it is a shame that this property is maintained the way it is.

Overall

Overall it was fine. But dishwasher was broken the entire time. Second bathroom toilet didn’t work until 3rd day and I cleaned up pee water twice testing it. Coffee pot leaked from bottom since first day. And you let huge flags block the view from the beach. I could care less about what of you believe that was wrong. I will never stay with you again

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived on Saturday to find our condo had no AC. I immediately called and told them in the office. Their response was “Oh someone called and notified your husband before your trip”. That’s when I knew I was dealing with liars. I am a single Mom of 2 boys who had just drove 14 hours to Destin. They didn’t get the air fixed until Tuesday evening. The condo 2063 was FILTHY. Sand everywhere (even in the bed linens). The white couches were brown with stains all over them. Bathroom shower curtain had mold growing. The cabinets had hair and dirt cakes into them. Upon leaving I returned 2 keys to the security man and just received an email that they will be charging me $20 for a missing key. They only received one from said security man. These people are dishonest and do not uphold their amenities and agreements!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Poorly maintained unit

The morning of the day we were to arrive I received a call from the property manager who said the air conditioner for the unit was broken and would likely not be repaired during our stay. Because there was no place else to stay I accepted a 50% rent refund. The rental office placed 2 dehumidifiers and fans in the unit. On day 2, we discovered that the dishwasher did not work. A repair person examined it and said it needed to be replaced. The rental office said they notified the owner. Of course it was not replaced during our stay.. Other things that indicate the poor upkeep of this unit: furniture in the tv area is dirty and has holes in the covers, the drains in both bathroom were very slow, ceiling light fixtures in the kitchen and master bath entry would randomly turn off and on, the paint on every baseboard corner is chipped off, and more. Most of these things are easy to remedy and not costly, but just are not being done. I will not rent this unit again and cannot recommend it to anyone else.

Broken AC

We checked in on Saturday evening AC not working. I called the property manager Sunday morning. No communication back. I just so happen to come back to the condo and a housekeeper was in there leaving a dehumidifier and said that a Maintainence person would be by to check. A day goes by still no AC AGAIN no communication with property manager. I’m having to follow up multiple times a day only to get a voicemail. We went from Saturday- Thursday afternoon with no AC. I had two children with me. It was miserable. We would’ve left however we drove 16hours and couldn’t just turn back around and go home. DO NOT STAY AT SHORELINE TOWERS! Horrible property managers, no communication. No one should have to go on vacation put up with no AC.

Vacation 2020

Location was everything! The beach was beautiful and felt more private. Beach service was not included with our unit. Including a chair/umbrella setup certainly would be nice as it is an unexpected additional cost and no outside umbrellas are allowed, making this a necessary expense if you wan5 to spend time on the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the property and unit met our expectations. The kitchen and bedrooms were very attractive. A couple of comments about the master bath shower and living room. The curtain in the master bath, trying to replace a former track door, is out of place aesthetically. A new door and solid clear adjoining panel would be more fitting to accentuate the tiled shower. The master bath mats need to be replaced or discarded (appear old and worn) Same regarding the rug in the living room. It’s a distraction from the neatness of the overall unit. Replace or discard.
