Welcome to Crystal Clearwaters by Big Fish Real Estate Group at Lake Martin! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has a SHOWSTOPPING view of Lake Martin and it will absolutely take your breath away. Outside overlooking the lake, there is a large deck with plenty of space for outdoor dining and a large back yard for plenty of lakeside fun. You may launch a boat from this property and hit up all of the Lake Martin hot spots like Chimney Rock, and tie up on the private dock when you're done for the day! Crystal Clearwaters is a one level home that sleeps 8 people comfortably with 3 queen beds and a set of twin bunkbeds. There is also a portable crib available for a tiny tot. The master bathroom has a large soaking tub and a walk in shower while the other has a tub/shower combo. The large living room has spectacular views in this charming home along with a large kitchen to gather for meals. Book Crystal Clearwaters today if you're looking for a good old fashioned Lake Martin vacay! You will be hooked!

PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Big Fish is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.

**HOUSE RULES**

Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

This is a non-smoking property.

The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon.

All trash and perishables must be disposed of properly and dishes washed.

Please start a load of towels in the washing machine prior to departure.

Make sure all doors and windows are locked.

Please always leave trash bins on the road to ensure trash pick-up is not missed.

Great view great dock convenient to restaurants on the lake and the launch was great to be on site. The house was clean but needs an update and king beds.

Warren Annual Family Vacation at Lake Martin:

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our first time at this end of the lake, we loved being close to family and friends we grew up with, and the varied or restaurants. We enjoyed the house itself very much... However, we were fighting ants... had to get ant killer. Also, when we got there we couldn't get the AC to cool right. My husband checked the filter and it was WAYYY passed due to be changed. The Concrete wall beside the walkway to the dock was very dangerous for small children that want to climb and elderly tht need a railing and flushing the toilet in the master was a challenge.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay! The house is dated, but that is shown in the pictures, so we prepared for this and it did not effect our stay at all. I would like to say though that even though the house is dated, it is very well kept for its age! The house had everything we needed and then some. DISH is also provided as well as on demand shows. We loved the dock, great for fishing and swimming. The property also has its own boat ramp. We were able to back our boat right into the water and store it in the extra boat slip. Chimney Rock was also just a short boat ride away. A neighboring dog named "Cooper" showed up daily to visit. Our kids loved him and enjoyed his company.

Great Rental!!

Perfect for summer fun and family gatherings! Our guests couldn’t stop bragging about how nice this property was.Will definitely be renting again!

Needs a little TLC it will get there

First, I want to thank the property manager Heather Godwin for her quick responses. The home and location are nice. This home did not have the amenities one would expect. Our daughter had graduated from Auburn University 40 minutes from this home. I don't want to list each issue in a nutshell, very dated furniture, lack of pots and pans that were not old and stained. The grill I cleaned the best I could. The pictures seem to indicate the yard leading to the lake to be flatter than what we encountered. rather steep. But if you have someone with disabilities there is a paved area to drive them down. It's very peaceful there and has terrific sunsets. This home is very new to the market it takes time to learn what is needed. Heather and her team purchased new pots, pans and dishes along with a new large trash can. They listened that alone is 5 stars. We suggested matching white towels, white dishes etc... easy to replace and provides a nicer look as opposed to mix and match used family towels. The same for linens. We own a few properties we lease on short terms so we get there are growing pains. The lake area part of property has nice docks and an area where you can sit in the shade. One last thing the kitchen is very large and we all know most always congregate there. The landscaping is very nice as well. We had a great time that's the bottom line. Heather and her team have already made many changes that were needed. We loved the location and the management team.
