Come stay in one of South Padre Island's most beautiful beachfront penthouse condominiums. Located at Saida Royale Beach and Tennis Club, this gated community is the premier destination for SPI vacationers. The remodeled unit has decorator quality furnishings and million dollar views of the gulf, bay, and downtown SPI.

Among the many amenities offered are: three swimming pools (one heated during winter), two jacuzzi/hot tubs, four tennis courts, seasonal pool bar and sandwich shop, shuffleboard, and beautifully landscaped public areas. Just a short walk to the many restaurants and shops.

This penthouse condo is located on the 15th floor and has a 1,000 s/f private rooftop patio, where you can enjoy the beautiful gulf sunsets. Great for sunbathing.

This property is truly spectacular, especially the private rooftop patio! We sat and watched sunrise every day with the sounds of the waves and the birds. Well maintained and very nicely furnished property, comfy furniture and beds and well stocked kitchen. Even the towels are top quality, I took a picture of the tag so I can find them for my home. Fantastic host as well, you’ll fall in love with this place.

The upper balcony and view is fantastic. They had everything we needed to enjoy our 7 day stay. The place is clean, beds are comfortable. The location was outstanding. Each morning I would walk to get coffee or breakfast. There is a walking liquor store and several restaurants in walking distance. They had all the things you would need for the beach, sand toys, chairs, umbrella. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend for any family.

Stunning and breathtaking views of the Gulf and bay are understatements for this property. I took my gf here for her birthday and it was her first time on SPI. Needless to say, it will not be her last time. Property owner was very prompt and helpful with checking in/out and does an excellent job maintaining the property. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Everything about this condo was great from watching the sunrises from the downstairs balcony to the sunsets on the upstairs, huge balcony to just enjoying being able to see and hear the beach. The host was very accommodating and easy to deal with.

We visit So.Padre every 2 years and we have stayed in many different condo's. This condo had the best view of any condo we have ever stayed in. The washer and dryer were a plus. The roof was nice at night, too hot during the day. The condo overall was a mess. The closet doors fall off the trac. Some dresser drawers are broken. The beach closet with "stuff" to use on the beach was a scary disaster. The furniture is very dated. For the money we paid to rent the condo I expected so much more. We will not be staying there again.

Family vacation

We have previously stayed at a hotel in SPI , this time I chose a condo and it was definitely worth it . Condo was well stocked with supplies . Owner was very friendly and helpful , we definitely would stay again.

The property was great and fit all our needs, and the rooftop balcony was amazing. We stayed for a week and couldn’t have been happier. The host was very responsive with all our needs and we had no issues. We will definitely book again the next time we are in town!

This is a fantastic penthouse!

This condo is in the perfect location with amazing views and a super clean space! The balcony offers breathtaking views of the beach, while the terrace lets you enjoy both the ocean and bay scenery—it’s truly fantastic. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils, dishes, and cookware you need, and having a washer and dryer is such a bonus. The host goes above and beyond by providing fun extras like board games, beach chairs, toys, and boards for guests to enjoy. The property is well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, making our stay even better. This is hands-down our favorite place to stay on SPI!

We were very comfortable and pleased with the penthouse, it had everything we needed, very clean and last and most important the VIEWS was incredible. Walking distance to coffee shops and great restaurants.

Private rooftop patio is AMAZING!!!

We were originally scheduled to spend our 30th Wedding Anniversary on Anna Maria Island, Florida but Hurricane Helene devastated Florida, especially the barrier islands 3 days before arrival. We have stayed in building 1 at Saida before so we knew the area well. We decided to try something different and came across this penthouse condo with the private rooftop patio and decided to give it a try. GREAT DECISION!!! The condo was very nice and the view was spectacular. The private rooftop patio was next level. We felt like royalty. We did have an incident where the elevator was not working and had to climb the stairs to the 15th floor. There was no sign saying “out of order” so we kept pressing the button and nothing was happening. Then when we asked the guy behind the desk about it, he was rude and told us that “we are not the only ones that are not happy about it”. We made it to the top and luckily by the time we were wanting to go back down they were working again. There are a few maintenance things that need to be addressed in the condo, such as broken light fixtures, missing towel bar and closet door off the tracks, but non of those things affected our stay in a negative way at all. Only thing I was disappointed to discover is there was no blow dryer in either of the full bathrooms. I did not bring my own as I assumed there would be one. In the end, it was an amazing vacation and we will absolutely be coming back. I would 100% recommend this condo to anyone!!

We loved the condo! The penthouse balcony was awesome! Such a great view of the waters!!! The beach chairs and boogie boards that the host provided were appreciated…. We plan to come back again.
