Step into serenity with our newly renovated beachfront condo, a slice of paradise nestled on the sun-kissed shores of South Padre Island. The Beach House Condo has undergone a complete transformation, boasting professional decor that echoes the coastal beauty that surrounds it.

From the moment you walk in, the expansive blues of the Gulf of Mexico welcome you, offering a picturesque backdrop to your stay. The living space, designed with an open concept, invites you to unwind while gazing at the ocean panorama, or step out onto the oversized private balcony to immerse yourself in the rhythmic whispers of the waves.

Slumber to the sights of the sea in the master suite, complete with a king-size bed, private bath, and ocean vistas. Our cozy guest bedroom offers a plush queen bed and a 40" smart TV, while the second guest room is a playful retreat with two bunk beds, a 40" smart TV, and easy access to a full guest bath. For your viewing pleasure, a 55" TV graces both the living area and the master bedroom.

Fully equipped with modern comforts, our condo features an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary internet, Spectrum Cable TV, and access to shared amenities, including a hot tub, elevator, gated parking, and two refreshing pools.

Designed with families in mind, our beach home is a delightful escape for all ages. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. During Spring Break/Semana Santa, we observe a strict 'families only' policy. For your peace of mind, we suggest considering trip cancellation insurance.

We provide a "welcome package" to get you started which consists of a couple of rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, a roll of paper towels for the kitchen, liquid hand soap at all the sinks, liquid dish soap, and a couple of trash can liners in each can.
