The space
Comfortable, stylish and large open concept living space perfect for entertaining. Master has a King Bed with ensuite. The guest room has a queen bed. The third bedroom has trundle bunk bed which sleeps 4 people. It can be used as a kids/grand kids bedroom or can be used by a couple with two kids. The bunk bed has a queen bed and two twin beds. In the den right off the kitchen there is a pull-out queen sofa bed that sleeps two. The kitchen is new and fully equipped with all the comforts and necessities of your own home. The kitchen also has a great breakfast bar. A large balcony is available for your personal use overseeing a lake and the 16th hole of the Naples Lakes Country Club golf course.
Guest access
This is a safe community of wonderful residents. The unit has it's own parking garage with one space available. for guests. Visitor parking is also available on premises. Also an elevator for accessibility to the unit. The pool and hot tub are a 2 minute walk away.

Temporary country club access is available. Please enquire and we will make arrangements before your arrival. Daily golf fees apply and price is depends on the season. Please inquire as the club rates are subject to change.
Other things to note
Downtown Naples is a short 10-15 minute drive where you can enjoy the fabulous restaurant and shops of 5th and 3rd Avenues. The sunny Naples beaches are similarly close, including Marco Island.
