Welcome to your tranquil retreat in Falling Waters. At Magnolia Falls subdivision, our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is a haven of relaxation and luxury. With its south-facing lake-view position, you'll enjoy serene water fountain sounds amidst tall royal palm trees, all the comfort of your home.

The condo features an outdoor kitchen on a spacious lanai, complete with a high-quality teak dining set, perfect for savoring meals in the open air. You can cook & enjoy your favorite meat or fish on the outdoor JennAir electric grill.
Inside, the space boasts 12-foot vaulted ceilings, quality furnishings, and a large kitchen equipped with modern appliances, including a new LG stainless steel craft ice refrigerator.
Entertainment is guaranteed with three TVs with DVR. Sleep in comfort in the master bedroom, featuring a new memory foam mattress, an en-suite bathroom with a double shower, a walk-in closet, and direct lanai access.
The second bedroom offers two twin beds and a convertible full bathroom for privacy that converts into an en-suite with pocket doors from the entrance. Adjacent to the second bedroom is the laundry room, with a washer/dryer.

What a property, so comfortable with everything you need to make your stay a relaxed experience. The Lanai is fantastic with an outside grill, table, day bed and sofa.The communications with Dan and Louise were spot on and very helpful. This is definitely a five star place so I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and recommend to friends and family.

Spacious, lovely, comfortable!

We very much enjoyed our month at this very pleasant property. Very clean, attractive, spacious, comfortable, well equipped. Kitchen was excellent for preparing our own meals. Laundry room had great machines and room to hang delicates. Master bedroom was super comfy with a great bed. The lanai was a special spot to relax, read and dine, with a pretty sunset view. The community was quiet and well kept, with an amazing pool area. We wished it had a gym, but otherwise, perfect. Close to family at Lely and downtown. Would highly recommend!

Enjoyable stay at Falling Waters

Overall everything was in order. Our only disappointment was in the cleanliness of the kitchen area. The furnishings were beautiful and comfortable but the condo could use some updating, i.e., painting, flooring. These concerns would not deter us from renting again from our gracious hosts Louise and Dan.

Fabulous

What a fabulous condo, has everything you need, like home from home. The gated community is in a good location just a 10 minute drive from Naples, and the pictures don’t do it justice, very quiet, clean and friendly community and the pool area is lovely. Great communication from Dan, from the moment we booked, and kept informed all the way to check out! We had a fantastic holiday and enjoyed our stay, the bikes in the garage was an added bonus as you can cycle to a nearby pubixs and Starbucks! We will definitely book again!! Many thanks Mark & Susan

Everything Perfect

The apartment is perfectly prepared for 4 people and equipped with everything you need during your vacation, including beach chairs and umbrellas. On the large balcony you can even find a second kitchen - with electric grill, fridge and sink. Dan and Louise answered our requests immediately. Falling Water facility is about 7 minutes drive from the freeway and about 15 minutes from Naples Pier. A very nice and large pool in the complex complements it all. Thank you Dan & Louise

Delighted

This is a spacious, nicely appointed, comfortable condo in an appealing neighborhood. Falling Waters is a short drive to the beach and downtown Naples. The pool is most definitely resort worthy. The lanai is great. We grilled several times, had family over for dinner, and I napped on the comfy outdoor sofa to the sounds of the fountain and the palm trees rustling. I was grateful that the condo had EVERY item I needed to cook.The laundry room has a deep sink that is convenient for hand washing bathing suits. We hope to stay in this condo again on our next trip to Naples.

Paradise found. OUTSTANDING stay

This is truly an OUTSTANDING place. You cannot find a better location or nicer home. It is very well appointed, extremely comfortable and the perfect location. The spacious lanai is the most relaxing, elegant place with wonderful furniture and well appointed outdoor kitchen. The neighborhood is lushly landscaped and the pool and grounds are a tropical paradise. The bed is extremely comfortable and the quiet location guarantees the best sleep ever. The kitchen is well appointed with fancy new see through door refrigerator and three types of coffee makers including espresso machine. The owners Dan and Louise are a National Treasure and were extremely kind, easy to communicate with and make you feel like family. Look no further - this is Paradise found.

Dan & Louise’s condo at Falling Waters was a perfect base for our 3 week holiday in Naples, FL. From the outset, Dan’s communication was brilliant…we had a few queries prior to booking and he answered promptly and with clarity which gave us the confidence to go ahead and book. This communication continued during the holiday as Dan kept us updated on planned events in Falling Waters. The condo itself is tastefully furnished, well maintained and extremely well equipped ( especially the kitchen & the lanai ) There was a starter pack of paper products in the bathrooms & kitchen along with a small basket of ‘help yourself’ products in the bathroom which was so useful and very much appreciated. This, along with a well stocked kitchen condiment cupboard and coffee pods to go in one of 3 coffee machines is often overlooked in other rentals. Such thoughtfulness sets Dan and Louise’s condo head and shoulders above the rest, and evidences why they are Premier Hosts ! We would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone who wants to visit Naples , FL and requires top notch accommodation. Thank you Dan & Louise for sharing your condo with us. A perfect condo for relaxing vacation

The renter are very gentle and absolutely nice persons. I had some phonecalls and they give us a feeling that we are staying at ‚our’ home. We absolutely appreciate that. Thanks Dan and Louise. The condo is, what you see on the pictures. Absolutely clean and perfect for a 14 days beach stay in Naples. We like the laundry, that makes it for us easy to handle the daily swim and beachwear and normal clothes In a tropic area. The kitchen did a good job. The refrigerator has one fault, he is not standing in my house in my real home :))) The bedrooms are comfy and we slept well. The garage is a cool goodie for the car and if you come home in a rainy weather condition. We especially enjoy that. They also have a lot of swimwear for the beach. So we missed nothing and had a great stay. If you think about renting a condo in falling waters, here you have a perfect one! Thanks again Dan and Louise

Die Anlage Falling Waters ist wunderschön, der riesige Pool ist fantastisch. Die Wohnung ist exzellent ausgestattet. Die große Veranda ist einfach traumhaft. Die Vermieter haben sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert. Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist sehr sicher. Die Lage ist zentral.

Le condo est très bien aménagé, les pièces sont grandes sans oublier la superbe terrasse avec vue sur le lac. Tout y est pour pouvoir cuisiner, se détendre.
