Shops, restaurants and fishing under 1 mile away! Tidewater Beach Resort is a world-class, centrally-located condominium resort. Everything you need is on-site or less than a mile away! 2 Golf courses and numerous mini-golf nearby.

Enjoy watching the sunrise AND sunset from your own private balcony and relax to the sound of the wind and the waves. Condo is on the 27th floor, center of the beach. You won't hear any street or pool noise, just the waves crashing on the beach! Restaurant and tiki bar on site, coffee shop, store, arcade, rent jet skis, relax on the beach. Fishing, golf, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Attached covered parking for 2 vehicles. Recent elevator upgrades. New (June 2024) front load washer and dryer! Starter supplies of amenities included, I've got you covered! All linens and towels are luxurious.

*BONUS-Free use of property facilities (including the beach and parking garage) all day on both check-in and check-out days! Check-in early and use the property restrooms and locker room to change and relax at the pool or on the beach while you wait for the condo to be cleaned. And, I always let my guests know if the condo is ready early. Come stay to see to experience the difference!

We loved staying at Amy’s condo. Literally only have to bring our bathing suit and show up. It had everything! We were 8 people and had plenty of room and had a great time.

Amy's condo is spectacular! Beautifully furnished. Well stocked with kitchen items, beach items. Furniture was comfortable. Amy was great communicating prior, at check-in, during our stay and departure day. We had the best time!! Would love to book it again!

Beautiful condo on beautiful beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Amy’s condo. So many thoughtful details— everything needed was provided for our sunny beach getaway. Super clean, beautiful views and comfortable beds on a beautiful beach. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!

The room was very clean no tv’s in bedroom only in family room. The host was the best very informative. Beach view great just beautiful !!!The indoor pool was nice but crowded the children that were in the pool were very noisy and rude . They did not respect that other people were not playing with the football , parents needed to control their children !! Overall the stay was great !! Great staff very friendly !!!I will stay again!!

Beautiful Condo

Condo is very nice, beautifully decorated and had a lot of extras you normally don’t get in rentals. It’s a little piece of heaven inside a big resort. Very close to everything you could possibly want to do in Panama City Beach. The host was very nice and quick to reply with answers. We will definitely return and recommend this condo to everyone.

Beautiful condo!

The condo was very pretty and nicely decorated. All our needs were very thought out and had everything we needed and more. Our kids ages 5-11 really enjoyed staying here and did not want to leave. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and though construction is happening to the road out front it had little impact to our stay. Wait times for elevators can be somewhat long but fully expected given the time of year, so we planned accordingly. Will definitely stay here again.

Amy's condo was great!The only thing I would mention is that the elevators can be a bit of a cluster but once we figured out the times that were the busiest, we avoided The condos beautiful view of the ocean made evening time the best.. to just be able to sit outside and listen to the waves was so relaxing.Amy made sure to answer any and all questions we had.We enjoyed the pool and all of the amenities Tidewater had Everyone was very pleasant.The Waves restaurant and bar was good and the drinks were delicious...many choices for sure!

I'm so glad you enjoyed the beautiful views! It truly is a wonderful benefit of staying directly on the beach! The Waves restaurant on site is also a plus to staying at the Tidewater Beach Resort. The Tidewater is in the process of updating the elevators and half are finished. I try to be sure my guests know to use the updated elevators, as they are very fast. However, as with any resort, if you can avoid the busiest times (check-in, check-out) there's usually not much of a wait. Thank you and safe travels in the future!

The host was great and the room was really clean. Beach view was nice. Our air quit working one night and it got really hot. The water quit working one day. The elevators didn’t work half the time and you were limited to one. We were on the 27th floor so we couldn’t use the stairs

But on the days when you want more, you can walk to shopping, restaurants and the fishing pier where you can stroll the pier and watch people fishing. Just a short drive away are golf courses, Shipwreck Water Park, Marine World, mini-golf and countless water sports. Visit one of the 2 state parks or rent a charter boat. There's scuba diving and snorkeling available at dozens of offshore artificial reefs. You'll want to come back again and again!
