Very nice stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented a unit for a week for a family vacation. It was affordable, and just as described. The place was clean, fully furnished, with a great view of the beach and gulf. We all had a great time, and would rent again.

Eight of us ladies had a girls trip. We loved this property. Everything was clean and we were so close to the beach Very pretty beach view. I’ve had a couple questions and it was always easy to get an answer. We may even try to go back here next year. We went end of Aug- to first part of Sept so prices were cheaper.

Overall we had a great stay. We loved the amenities and convenience of being on the beach. As with any condo in peak season, it was always a wait for the elevator. Our code did not work upon arrival but it was resolved quickly. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a family vacation.

Property was clean and spacious. Well stocked as well. Would highly recommend this space.. Views were awesome. Elevators are crowded between 4 and 6 but that is to be expected with check in time.

Host is great Room was beautiful Couldn’t have asked for a better view Only downside is the elevators which is not the host fault at all The resort had over half elevators out of service so you would have to wait sometimes 30 plus minutes for one and then sometimes no wait just be patient.

Our condo was awesome. Very clean, very nice. E loved it. The whole stay was great. The only complaint we have about the whole place is the elevators. Not near enough for all the people staying. You would sometimes wait for almost 30 mins to get on the elevator. It took us so long once that we missed our reservation at a restaurant to eat. Other than that it was a very enjoyable stay.

We absolutely loved our condo and working with Four Star Condo Service! The place was beautiful, clean and well maintained! When we had a question or needed anything (which was rare) Four Star Condo Service was willing and able to help us. We will absolutely recommend both this condo and Four Star Condo Service in the future!!!

Loved our stay. My husband and I brought down six senior boys who just graduated. The location was perfect, and we had a great time. Info said there were two queen beds. Ended up being two fulls. That was disappointing for sure since we were counting on the space for these grown fellas. We had not planned on using the couch bed, but we did. The two pools and the cared-for beach access were a pleasure. My husband golfed with the free rounds twice, and it was a highlight of his trip.

The condo was beautiful! Plenty of room for all of the family. We had 6 adults and 4 kids and had a wonderful time. The beach and the view is absolutely amazing. Every day we seen who could spot the dolphins first and even got to see a manatee swimming the coast line!

From check in til check out the stay was amazing! Check in staff was very informative and friendly. Elevators were always fast and available. The condo itself was beautiful and super clean.

This condo unit is a spacious, clean, updated 3 bedroom right in the beach. With 2 adults and 4 teens, we had more than enough space! We enjoyed having two beach chairs daily, free tickets through Explorie, and walking to restaurants and Pier Park. Plenty of cooking equipment and bath towels provided. Brand new, large capacity, washer and dryer. I was concerned about the elevators, so booked on the 9th floor knowing we could use stairs if needed. Early and mid week waits for elevators were short. Later and weekend we waited up to 10 min a few times. The good thing is they are fast. A few tips: Remember to bring your own beach towels, there are no starter pantry supplies (salt, k-cups, etc) so pack or shop accordingly. We would stay here again!

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was just as described. There was plenty of room for our family, it was clean, and really nice. There is such a great view. The elevators are slow like everyone said but we did go in June and there were a lot of people in PCB. The worst part is when everyone is attempting to come & go with all of their belongings. This was a mom and kids trip and we felt safe while we were there and everyone was really nice. Would stay again!

Loved our view!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Tidewater!! We had a 3 bedroom 3 bath on the 9th floor. We had 6 adults and 3 children in our family. Plenty of room for everyone. We never had problems with the elevators like I saw in other reviews. We took advantage of the amenities like the indoor pool at night and the theater. Oh and also Starbucks!!! We had a wonderful time at the beach. We definitely stay here again!!

Extended family stay at PCB

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was afraid of the problems other vacationers stated in reviews about the elevators. Elevators were difficult during our stay of the busiest week of the summer, but were manageable. Cleanliness of unit was average as well as quality of furnishings. Overall a slightly above average stay due to the convenient location.

Elevator nightmare!!

Thr condo we rented was beautiful and the guest service was great. But the elevators were horrible. My elderly mother who uses a cane and wife at one time waited 45 minutes for a elevator and this ldefinitely was the worst part of the trip and we won't be returning to Tidewater Resort again until the issue is resolved.

Very large spacious condo. The queen beds are pretty rough-it says they are new but they are not. There was no hot water in the large master bath tub. The washer and dryer are wonderful and the unit was clean, just needs some paint and a little bit of TLC. Overall very nice and lots of space!

Tidewater

The condo is great! It’s spacious. The only thing is there’s not enough bowls and cooking pans for 10. Also, the elevators at tidewater are awful. Waited 45 mins some days. Good thing we were on floor 9 but I can’t imagine being higher
