Our newly built home is nestled near the stunning Paris Mountain State Park and is less than 8 miles from downtown Greenville! This dog-friendly retreat boasts a generous backyard, perfect for family gatherings and furry friends to frolic. The space
Welcome to our spacious Paris Mountain retreat, recently built in 2020! With 5 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 2.5 bathrooms, there’s plenty of space and privacy for up to 11 guests to enjoy themselves!

First Floor:
*Master bedroom features a king bed, lots of closet space, and a private ensuite with a luxurious tiled shower and double sinks.
*Second bedroom features a queen bed and a desk.
*Convenient half bath located in the front hallway.
*Dog-friendly space with a cozy little nook for your pet’s crate or bed.
*Open-concept living and dining areas with easy access to the patio and a screened-in porch with additional dining. Find games, children’s toys, and books in the stand under the TV.
*A large, fully equipped modern kitchen with an island, barstool seating, coffee counter, and walk-in pantry.
*Large laundry room located just off of the kitchen.

Second floor:
*The third bedroom is a kid-friendly room with two twin beds and a closet.
*Fourth bedroom features a king bed and closet.
*The fifth bedroom features a queen bed, a daybed, and wardrobe storage.
*Full bathroom for guests to share
*The hallway features a cozy lounge area to hang out and watch TV

Outside space:
*Large sun deck with a grill for barbequing delicious meals and rocking chairs to enjoy your morning coffee.
*Fire pit with seating, perfect for conversing around!
*Expansive backyard for kids and dogs to play in!
*Fenced-in dog area for dogs to play off-leash

Guests will find ample space and comfort throughout this inviting retreat. Whether you're relaxing in the living area, enjoying the screened-in porch, or exploring the nearby attractions, your stay promises comfort and convenience for the whole family.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home except the attic and garage which are locked off. Some of the kitchen cabinets are also locked for storage, however, the home is supplied with everything guests will need!

Easily check into the home with a smart lock code that will be sent prior to check-in.

We are pet friendly! But we do have a pet fee! $125 per pet to be paid upon booking.

We’re very close to Paris Mountain State Park, making it accessible for cyclists. We’re also less than 15 minutes to downtown Greenville, Travelers Rest, Furman University, and Greer!
