A perfect choice for families and friends who want to vacation together but also enjoy some privacy. Our property has two side by side spacious cottages that have an adjoining door. Each cottage has central AC, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, deck, outdoor shower and fire pit and large yard. Cottage 1(6 guests): Offers 2 bedrooms(1)-King, (2)-1 Queen and Bunkbeds(2 Twins). Cottage 2(5 guests): Offers 2 bedrooms(1) Queen, (2)-Bunkbeds(2 Twins) with Trundle and a Twin bed. One full sleeper sofa for extra guests. Brand new18x36 in ground pool, with large patio and gas fire pit to enjoy together after a day at the beach- an easy 10 min walk away.
Outdoor Kitchen with bar seating and family sized table for dinners together!
Plenty of space in the large back yard for family gatherings. Spend time together with family and friends but also enjoy your own space for private family time. The Perfect Cape Cod Vacation.

The most beautiful home! A real tucked away paradise. The walk to the beach was short but we hardly wanted to leave the heated pool. The outdoor area makes this home one we will want to come back to again and again! They had everything you need and some great coffee and restaurants a short drive away. Grace was lovely to work with 11/10!

Awesome 4th of July long weekend

We stayed for 3 days at this property for the 4th of July weekend . The pool and outdoor area were absolutely immaculate . Plenty of beds, well equipped kitchen, would stay again for sure . Thank you for hosting us Grace , we loved Our stay .

We had a wonderful vacation at this location with our kids and grandkids- 11 of us. The two homes allowed everyone to spread out and still be together. The outside amenities were great! Our two little grandchildren loved the playground and all enjoyed the beautiful pool, fire pits, barbeque and outdoor gathering spaces. Very well equipped with everything we needed. Good location. Definitely recommend.

The property was perfect for a summer get together with friends. The outdoor space was very clean and kept up well, and had lots of amenities including a large pool, grilling area, covered seating, and outdoor tv. There were lots of outdoor games and toys as well for groups staying with children. The inside of the house was very clean and functional, including two kitchens and many beds. I would highly recommend booking this property.

Tranquil Retreat in Cape Cod

Donald & Grace's property is a hidden gem offering the perfect blend of relaxation and peacefulness. Whether you're lounging by the pool, grilling under the stars, or simply admiring the landscaping, every moment here felt like a treat. The atmosphere is instantly calming and picturesque. 50th Anniversary celebration

Many magical memories were made on The Cape in this double home for our family group of nine. The outside pool area was magical. We ate all big meals outside. Lots of sleeping areas, clean! and all the amenities one would need!

Perfect Staycation

We wanted to celebrate our friend's moving ack to France and booked this property for an easy staycation. They had everything we could think of and the patio is just so perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor grill, dining, pool and the fire-pit. The host was quick with her responses and very generous to offer a late checkout cause we weren't able to enjoy the property much with Hurricane Lee! I will defeinitely try to come back here for another stay.

Awesome adventure

The property was beautiful. Everything we needed and wanted. So much to see and do in the area and the whale watching was beyond our expectations. We were very lucky to have the rare experience of being surrounded by whales. Probably 40 whales all around and many that came right up to the boat. A beach that was easy walking distance from the house too. Highly recommend staying here. The pool and outside amenities were perfect and amazing

Family Vacation

My husband and I hosted our 2 adult children, their spouses and 4 grandchildren. We thoroughly enjoyed the property and location. We walked to the beach on multiple days and hung out at the house/pool for much of the time. The outdoor space of the property was the biggest draw for us and it looked as good in person as it did in the photos. The two house set up was ideal for our families.

Perfect weekend!

We were a little nervous driving into the cape to a tropical storm warning but every minute of our weekend was perfect! Close to the bay which was so nice. And only 10 minutes to the Atlantic side beach! The houses were clean and well stocked for whatever we would need. We loved that there was an adjoining door between them. I hope if there’s a next time we get to utilize the outdoor spaces as they are beautiful.

Great for all age groups!

The 2 attached units were perfect for our family of 10 (4 children ages 5 and under and 6 adults). We had some separation if needed but had space to eat meals together and hang out together at night. We like to cook and the kitchens had everything we needed. The large heated pool was a BIG hit (and it was truly heated!). The grounds are amazing with room to play baseball and corn hole, and whatever else was in the shed. The beach is an easy 10 minute walk, mini golf and restaurants just a few minutes away. Grace was easy to work with throughout the process. We all had a great time!

Incredible outdoor property!

As one grandchild said “This is like a resort but only our family is here!”. The pool was amazing and it was the perfect place to hang after the beach. We used the gas fire pit every night, outdoor showers daily and sat at the picnic table to read, eat , play card games or just chat. Plenty of places to sit and have morning tea. Indoors was close quarters for all 11 of us but it worked. So close to lovely Cooks Beach. We drove with chairs and umbrellas and then either walked or rode bikes. Grace responded to our questions very promptly! Just a warning though. When you arrive, you will find the beds done nicely with bedspreads and decorative pillows. There are no sheets on them!!!! That was not fun for Moms to be making up beds, especially upper bunks, when it was time for the kids to go to bed. Great family vacation!

Wonderful get away!!!

Hidden Gem in Eastham!, We stayed at this property for one week, family of six with 2 teenagers and 2 young adult kids. The property is spotless and accommodated our family well. One king, 2 Queens, 2 sets of bunk beds ( one with a trundle!) and a single bed. 2 pullout couches as well. Two full kitchens and a fantastic outdoor kitchen/ dining area provided plenty of space for everyone to relax. The 2 kitchens provided space for the kiddos to play cards late at night while we enjoyed the quiet on the other side of the home. We enjoyed the pool and fire pit after a day at the beach . Cooks Brook Beach is a short 10 minute walk from the house. Great place to watch the sunset. There is a beach caddy in the shed and toys if you have little kiddos. The ocean side beaches are a short ride from the house Plenty of local restaurants too. ( Caroline’s has “ buck a shuck” with $1 oysters and 75 cent jumbo shrimp daily 3:30 to 5 which my kids enjoyed..). Plenty of pool floats and noodles as well as corn hole. Overall a fantastic stay. We will definitely return next year! Grace is a wonderful host, excellent communication Recommend 100%!!
