Other things to note
- We do a "Turn over" bi weekly for long stays. A full cleaning service is available on request at an additional charge R500 per day.

- We kindly request that you treat the property as you would your own home - please respect the neighbors, and do not make significant noise or play loud music after 10 pm.

- We have strict no parties, no events and no smoking policy. Violation of these rules will result in immediate eviction from the property and charges for any damages or additional cleaning services required. Please do not book if you are intending to party.

- Keys MUST be returned to the lockbox upon checkout and please be careful not to get locked out during your stay. A fee will be charged for any callouts to provide access to the property during your stay OR to the next guests if keys are not returned to the lockbox.

- Please be mindful to not lose keys. If keys are lost, a fee per keyset will be charged for replacements.
