Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify the communication and actions taken during your stay. Check-in instructions were sent at 6:30 PM, slightly later than our usual 6:00 PM time, and we acknowledge that delay. As a result, you contacted VRBO to obtain the check-in instructions, which were then provided before you arrived at the unit. When you contacted us regarding the Wi-Fi, we responded promptly and provided a solution and asked for a call back witch we did not receive. No additional concerns were communicated to us directly after that. You also mentioned an issue with a closet door not functioning properly. To avoid disturbing your stay, we arranged for a handyman to address the issue after your departure. We consistently strive to provide excellent communication and service, reflected in our average guest rating of 9.6 prior to this review. we appreciate all feedback as we continue improving our guest experience.
