Guest Access:

You'll have access to every space in the house. High capacity laundry facilities are available free of charge for your use. The garage is not accessible to guests.



The Neighborhood:

Being on the edge of the quiet Lawrence University campus is such a treat. Great dining, music, and historic homes make it a nightly sought after neighborhood. While the house is located on a quiet, low traffic street, it's just a short walk to downtown to put you in the middle of all the action!



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft are available. The city bus station is downtown. Plenty of parking in the driveway if you have a vehicle.



Other Things to Note:

While we are right on the edge of the Lawrence campus (literally 3 houses away), you don't need to worry about college night life. Lawrence is a well respected, well behaved group of fine young adults who typically roll up the sidewalks around 10pm. Our street dead-end's at the bottom of the hill, so there's very little traffic going by. The neighbors are friendly, and the neighborhood inviting. You'll love it here!
