Your breakfast can be inside or on the beautiful porch balcony view of the 5 acre quiet lawn filled with lots of birds singing , small animals with deer roaming

The space
Although just off the main thorough fare, you'll be staying on a 5 acre estate so you'll feel secluded. Large upper and lower covered porches make for relaxing beverage consumption. Let either of the two porch swings take you 'back in time' to unwind. Great space available for boaters, fisherman and hunters. The house is available for family gatherings, weddings and your favorite fundraiser event. Enjoy a delicious breakfast on the top porch with humming birds and the back patio for a beautiful sunset.
Guest access
In addition to your private studio and private bath, you'll also feel free to roam the grounds and enjoy a little nature. Remember, we have almost 5 acres! We also have a front loading washer and dryer for your use. On the first floor, enjoy a game of billiards on our regulation sized pool table. Out back is a gas grill w/ patio furniture to enjoy Depending on the time of the year, you can enjoy soaking up a few rays or the fire pit (Fire wood provided)
Other things to note
We more than happy to interact with our guests but recognize that, sometimes, you want your privacy. The amount of interaction will be up to you.
