This resort is ideal for large families on a budget who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Orlando attractions.

This town homes is located in Phase 1 of the resort and is spacious with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a full living room with 2 new sofas, new beds, a fully stocked equipped kitchen, new carpeting, new washer & dryer, cable TV w/over 150 channels DVD player. There are 5 TVs in the home. A great way to end your evening from the kids. The queen suite on the first floor is great for anyone that has a wheel chair or cannot climb the stairs. The Master King suite has its own balcony.

Amenities on the property which includes an on site restaurant, 3 swimming pools with a water slide and the lazy river make it ideal for children. For those who want to combine business with pleasure, there is free WiFi available in the business center. A fitness center including sauna, steam room and whirlpool is located on-site.The newly opened Frankie Farrell's serves American and European dishes daily. A variety of drinks may also be enjoyed by the pools or indoors.The Market at Regal Palms Resort & Spa is open late and offers snacks, amenities and souvenirs. There is a resort fee of $19.99 per day that is paid directly to the resort upon check in

Regal Palms is less than 30 minutes from Disney World and less than 40 minutes from the Orlando International Airport

The property had a great location. The screened in porch was great to sit in to read. The master suite was very generous. The beds all had great mattresses that were very comfortable. The water park was small but plenty to do for all ages. The property was very clean. A great place to vacation

The experience was sub par. Sugar ants in the kitchen. The dvd player remote had corroded batteries and was unusable. A roach was found in the hand towel of the master bathroom. And the location is next to a storm drain so you could hear every car that drove by

Great stay

We had a great stay. The communication was great, they even let us know common items to bring, very responsive quick answers to questions. We would definately stay here again.

Vacation

The owner Laure is very nice. The resort offers a lot of things to do but you have to purchase everything new to use it. My kids wanted to play volleyball but had no ball I had to purchase floats for the lazy river. Couldn’t bring outside food or drinks to the pool area. It was in the 90s when we were there and a bottled of water at the pool would have been nice. The grounds are beautiful people were friendly. Make sure to double check your locks on your door at night. The instructions to lock the door were wrong and the first 3 days and nights our house was not locked. Very scary. We found this place to be out of the way for all things we wanted to do. I would definitely stay here again for a nice relaxing vacation.

I purchased this home in 2008 because I love the resort and where it is located. It is just a short drive to Disney, Universal, the newly opened Island H20 Water Park and an hour away from the Atlantic and the Gulf. This is the perfect place for families that do not want to empty their savings just to go on vacation. It is the best kept secret.

Disney area tropical resort is ideal for large families on a budget who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Orlando attractions. The town homes are spacious with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a full living room and a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, cable TV and sleeps 8-9 people. Amenities on the property which includes an on site restaurant, 3 swimming pools with a water slide and the lazy river make it ideal for children. Frankie Farrell's Restaurant and the volleyball court are a good draw for older children and the sunbathing terraces and poolside Tiki bar is a welcome retreat after a day at the parks. For those who want to combine business with pleasure, there is free wi-fi available in the business center.
It is a very easy 8 mile drive to the Walt Disney World Resort, 5 miles from the newly opened Island H20 Water Park and close to all of the other exciting attractions that Central Florida has to offer. Regal Palms Resort and Spa is situated off US Highway 27, 3 miles south from US 192 and 6 miles north of I4. There is an abundance of shops and restaurants right here next to the resort and a Publix Grocery Store close by so you can purchase any groceries and supplies that you might need for your vacation here in Regal Palms Resort and Spa. New to the area, is the Island H20 Waterpark.
