Clean and spacious 5 Bedroom House overlooking a lake.

Very nice home clean and spacious. Cilla and her husband do an excellent job taking care of the house and help with anything you might need during your stay. Great hot tub and pool! Great jets in the hot tub. Nice place for a family vacation

Great Family Getaway

Great stay. We loved the neighborhood. It was quiet and full of wild life. Great location! The communcation with the house manager was great. Would 100% stay there again.

Family trip 2024

We had a very pleasant stay. So much that we have already booked for next year. Our 2 weeks here were amazing. A couple of glitches along the way but when we called someone was there within 10 minutes. The house had everything that we needed I would highly recommend staying here

Well Stocked Kitchen

We rent a house ever year in the Davenport area. This house was one of the best stocked kitchen’s we have had, which made cooking for the family easy. Great pool area and great location.

This villa was absolutely amazing. Loved our stay. Contacting the property manager was super easy when needed. Pool and house was clean. Check in was so easy. I felt safe staying here as well. Favorite part by far was the pool and game tables. A great place for a family stay.

Clean, spacious, very nice set up outside :) The only negative comment is that there was no dishshoap, dish washer pods as well as a bit of liquid soap to wash the towels.

Amazing clean pool and view! Comfortable!

The property was great and suited all of our needs. It was the cleanest pool I think i've ever had and we rent quite often. The whole house was extremely comfortable, including the beds, with plenty of towels and even a great size refrigerator for our needs. Game room was fantastic, could use a few upgrades on the air hockey equipment. The only disappointing features was that there was no stereo outside, the lanai led did not function as pictured,and unfortunately, one of our biggest selling points for this house was an outside TV, which Did Not Work! We were told somebody would come out to reset the breaker to see if that was the issue, but unfortunately, nobody ever did show up. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay All week the house is great.

Beautiful home, with very unique lighting and well maintained property

Our family vacation was enhanced by the beauty and and lighting of this property. Owner went out of his way to make sure our stay was pleasant and restful. From the full furnished kitchen to the comfort of the bedrooms, this home is above our expectations. Property is near the end of the road so it is very quiet, and the lake behind it made it comforting. Safety with a guard at the gate is another example of added comfort. Every aspect was taken into consideration with this home. We would highly recommend it for a family to enjoy.

The property manager was very helpful when texting questions. She responded back fast with answers. Kids had a blast in the pool and house was plenty big enough for the family. If we come back to Florida, we will definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family. Only things I would change is charging to have the pool and hot tub heated and having more accessories like having more toilet paper, dish soap and laundry soap. Not a big deal. we just went to the store and purchased it and left the rest for the next guest.

Amazing Experience

This was our second stay in this home and we will continue to make it our GO TO property in the Orlando area. The house is perfect for our family (needing the handicap accessible features for my father in law and the 3 master suites). The game room is a hit with the kids, the house is clean with plenty of room. Is there a little wear and tear here and there, yes... but nothing that is a deal breaker. I was in touch with the property owner before our stay and inquired about the grill that a previous review indicated was broken... we like to grill so I wanted to make sure it was fixed. He made a special trip to check and it wasn't up to par so he replaced it completely in time for our arrival. We loved the hot tub and the pool - it's the perfect size for our kids (11 and 6) - fun for both aqes. The kitchen is well equipped with nearly everything you could ever need. The neighborhood/community is quiet and safe. We can't wait to plan our next trip and book this home!

My (we) thoughts on our stay

The communication between the owner and property manager was lacking however the owner made it right by providing a refund (house was not cleaned after the family before us left, we had to leave the house for several hours so cleaning company could clean, etc. which was a big inconvenience ). The pool and spa were delightful, we enjoyed it very much. The grill was dirty, actually the grill should be replaced. The left burner didn’t work and right one was cracked which only left the middle which did work so it was a challenge therefore only grilled once all week since this was an issue. Great layout of the home. We all agreed most of the mattresses should be replaced and also the living room sectional. Big ant issue too outside and some inside too found in bed and bathroom. Other than that we loved it

Family vacation September 2016

We have travelled to Central Florida numerous times for our family vacation and this is one of the best villas we have stayed in. The booking process couldn’t be easier and Nick was very quick in replaying to any questions we had. The villa is quite large with ample space for everyone – we were a party of 10 adults, although we felt that the upstairs space would be better suited to another seating/relaxing/tv/games station area, rather than just the air hockey and pool table. The outdoor seating area was really good and just the right place to enjoy the first cup of coffee of the day and watch the sun come up. The development in general was very quiet (apart from garbage collection day) and well presented. We had great delight in spotting the alligator in the lake behind the villa, as well as daily visits from the resident cranes. The pool and pool area was more than large enough for us all and the spa was really good, although it was quite difficult to get in and out of as there is no step. With a couple of little tweaks we would have given this villa 5 stars. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to larger parties and will definitely consider re-booking for our next trip.

Loved it!

Our family of seven adults and one baby came to Florida for the 4-day Disney running event and vacation. We found this home to be very comfortable and immaculately clean. There was more than enough room for all of us to be together and also to have our individual space...loved the large, comfy sectional! The pack-n-play and the high chair were very much appreciated with an 8-month old! The location was 20 minutes or so from the parks, but we saw that as a plus; it was nice to escape the crowds after the busy park-hopping days. Nick was wonderful to deal with...very honest and accommodating. You can tell that he truly cares about his home and his guests. There are soooo many rental homes to pick from in the Disney area; it can be a daunting and intimidating task to find the perfect home and have it as expected when you actually arrive. This house is true to its word on every level. We would absolutely stay here again, not only because we loved the home, but because of Nick's attention to every detail! We loved dealing with the actual owner rather than a management company. Thank you, Nick, for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Overall we enjoyed our stay in the property. There a few issues at the start of our rental which were quickly sorted out by the property maintenance company. We felt the property was deficient in a few areas: 1. There was no extra stock of bedding and when you are staying for four weeks this meant we had to wash and dry the bedding in the same day in order to replace it in time for the evening. 2. The particulars on the property said new bbq/grill but this was not the case and it was very dirty so we were unable to use it. 3. The plates and dishes in the kitchen were badly marked and in some cases chipped - probably time for some new ones and we also had to go out and purchase some scissors as we could not open food packets. 4. More mugs would have been helpful.

Amazing villa, very spacious and on a quiet estate.Pool is EXCELLENT, BBQ/Grill is not new as stated on the initial description and was not very clean at all when we arrived. Disappointing to find that BBQ gas bottle completely empty on arrival and apparently down to us to replace. Not what we were expecting `as not detailed on the paperwork received, however, can take to nearby garage and purchase for $24. After reading the reviews we took dishwasher, washing tablets etc. as not enough supplied. I would recommend taking some bin liners as only one provided spare which was totally insufficient. We also took BBQ mats as you can be charged if BBQ not clean. A few niggles around the housekeeping but we had the best time and I would definitely return to this villa, superb

A most comfortable beautiful home, gorgeous views from the pool area.

We have stayed in may a place over the decades we have been vacationing in rental homes. THIS home was a dream come true. Fully equipped and very comfortable with space galore. The drive to the home may seem / look a trek BUT avoiding all the jammed traffic on the 192 we were never at odds with traffic. Easy quick drive to grocery stores, Walmarts, restaurants, etc. Safe secure development, the views from the pool area from dawn to sunset were breathtaking. Lots of seating in the dining room, kitchen area and outside. Especially for al fresco evening dining as we did for each meal dining at "home". Huge BBQ that allowed for efficient cooking. Comfortable beds, lots of pillows, great bathrooms, bravo Nick! Bravo! TV's in each bedroom for everyone to be happy. Great gaming area upstairs. Would we go back......yes.....yes......yes. Nick was a pleasure to deal with, top notch owner, A+++++ service. Thank you again for a great vacation home experience !

We have been searching for the right home for over two years and have found one.

The location is perfect, central to everything, close to all the theme parks, shopping, and nightlife, but it is quiet and peaceful for us to enjoy,

The community is gated, safe, and clean, and our lot is at the end of the community, so you will find how quiet it is.

The Villa is situated in a large plot, South facing the pool, overlooking the lake and the woodland. Extended and cladding lanai; don't forget we have Out Door 55-inch TV that no one has.
