Incredible location!

This place was perfect for a weekend trip away. We stayed on the 4th of July and the town was very busy, so it was great having a place in such an ideal spot where everything was within walking distance. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

St Paddys Day Stay

This was a great place especially to watch the annual St. Paddy's Day parade. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We will stay there again, thank you!

Perfect Stay

This property is in the perfect location, not too close to downtown for all the rabble but close enough you can easily walk to any cafes/restaurants/stores in 10-15 minutes. There is also easy access to many walking trails right down the street. The unit itself was quite nice and had everything you could need on a vacation stay. Would definitely come again!

Wonderful Place

Everything about the place was perfect. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Enjoyed walking to shops and restaurants, but also enjoyed spending time in the unit. Will definitely stay here again!

Cute little place!

Had a wonderful stay. Cottage is just as advertised. It is within walking distance to downtown but you’ll be walking up hill the way back 😅.

First Trip to Eureka Springs

This was our first trip to Eureka Springs and this was a perfect location to choose. It was in the center of town and I could walk the entire spring walk! I really enjoyed the mix of old architecture and AR mountain views! I would stay here again!

Nice space, clean! Had everything we needed. Communication was excellent. Slight challenge with heat. Very quick response to that and other questions . The only difficulty was with shower faucet but it was manageable. Loved the location!!!

Found everything we needed in the kitchen. Very small fridge. We didn’t prepare meals while there so it was adequate for drinks and snacks. Really enjoyed the front balcony. Shops about a ten minute walk. Historic St. Elizabeth Catholic Church and the Crescent Hotel just a a few blocks away.

Great Place

Spacious and lovely! Everything we needed was there. We loved the location and the view of Spring St! The balcony was great for morning coffee. We loved the recommendations for dining in the area, and had great meals while we were there! We will tell all our family and friends about our visit!

Fun birthday weekend!

The upstairs cottage was clean and roomy. It was well stocked everything we needed and the host even put a couple of extra blankets in there for us.

Unfortunately, after the first night of her stay, this guest complained about the stair entry, even though it is listed as a top floor property, included with photos of the stairs. The guest did not know that I also manage Treehouses. When she vacated our property, she called our Treehouse phone number to ask the availability for a Treehouse, only accessible by stairs, she was shocked to know that she was talking to me. She is not an honest guest. She requested a full refund which was denied by VRBO. I do not recommend this guest.

Beautiful Property

Over the past 20 years that I have been coming to Eureka Springs, I have stayed in numerous places. This beautiful little property has just become my #1 favorite. Everything about this place is perfection. The interior color choices are so soothing. Sitting on the balcony at any time of day or night is super relaxing. Every attention to detail is wonderful and the shower is amazing. Can't wait to stay here again. It was fabulous!!!

Everything we wanted!

My boyfriend and I stayed one night in the cottage and had the best time! The location was great and close to downtown. I loved that she had a coffee pot, coffee, and creamer set out, and also had shampoo, conditioner, and dishes to use. The space was a good size and the temperature was comfortable. The balcony was a nice extra. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Thanks so much!

Awesome place to stay and awesome location!!!

My wife and I really enjoyed this cottage (upstairs). The location was awesome. The host was easy to contact, the place was clean, and it was very cute. Only issues were is that you can't plug too many things in at once or you will lose power and have to flip the breaker on the fuse box, the wall heater's pilot in the living room went out a few times, so you have to watch it and either turn it off or relight it, so gas doesn't start filling up the room, and the host needs to change the very easy to guess code for getting in as we didn't feel like our stuff was totally secure when we left because anyone could probably try that code. But, all those things are very fixable, so we highly recommend and will most likely be staying there again. Thanks!!!
