Find yourself in the cozy yet spacious main living room, turn on the gas fireplace with the click of a button, and pick your favorite movie to stream through the surround-sound speakers. While you pop some popcorn in the fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining area, wander down the hall to the luxurious primary suite complete with a Keurig coffee maker, majestic fireplace, an elegant soaking tub flanked by twin vanities, and french doors leading to the deck. Snag this bedroom and listen to the birds sing while you sip your morning coffee in perfect solitude! Upstairs, there is also a tasteful nautical-themed bedroom with a queen bed and a desk for those who need to get some work done. There’s a separate twin bed with trundle in a charming room off of the primary bedroom. Kids and adults alike will appreciate the cupboard at the end of the hall full of all the best board games.

Downstairs, there is a second common space with a gas fireplace, a large flatscreen TV with a DVD/VCR player including many VHS tapes and DVDs, and 2 cushy twin beds. Just down the hall, you’ll find a roomy Americana-themed bedroom with a plush king-sized bed and another twin bed off to the side. Across the hallway is the laundry room leading to an impressive garage turned “man-cave” equipped with a gorgeous billiard table and giant flatscreen TV. Lovingly decorated with fun and creative touches, this space is perfect for making lasting memories of family game nights and competitive pool tournaments! There are also sand toys and other beach gear for guests to enjoy while relishing in “beach time”.

Spend your evenings relaxing by one of the barrel-style fire pits or roast s’mores over the rustic wood-burning fire pit nestled in the pine trees. You may even get a visit from one of the local white-tail deer or a curious chipmunk if you’re lucky enough.
