The screened in lanai features a heated private pool with a waterfall, lounge chairs, and plenty of outdoor seating overlooking a wide view of the canal. Guests often spot dolphins and fish right from the property, and almost every room in the house offers peaceful water views.

Includes a new, recently expanded dock with a boat lift, grill, and space for dining or lounging. We also provide cruiser bikes for exploring the walkable neighborhood. The home is close to the beach and within walking distance of parks, shops, and local restaurants, making it easy to enjoy the best of the area.

Inside, the home offers two living rooms, tile flooring, granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and oversized pocket sliding doors that open fully to the pool area for true indoor-outdoor living. With a garage, an oversized paved driveway, and a family-friendly layout, this home combines comfort, space, and the perfect Florida waterfront experience.

What a wonderful home!

My family, including my husband, our 2 teens, and my 80- year old Mom stayed for the week. The house has a great layout, all on one level with beautiful views of the pool and canals from most rooms. We loved watching all the different fish we could see from the dock. We put together a fun puzzle and had a very nice stay. Susan was quick to answer any questions we had, and was a pleasure to work with. The only thing we didn't understand was that the 4th bedroom (trundle twin) is accessed through the primary bedroom. So that was a bit awkward, having my mom have to get to her space through the room my husband and I were using. We got through it, but I would've preferred to know the layout beforehand. Would be perfect for a family with small kids.

Amazing house on the water

We brought our boat down to for the kid’s spring break. This house was perfect and close to so many Marco hot spots! Lots of space! The kids played in the pool when they weren’t fishing on the dock (they caught so many fish). Great location on the canal! Bikes were nice for a quick run to CVS or the Hideout. Plenty of driveway space. House was clean and beds were firm but comfortable. Susan was lovely to work with and responsive to any questions. We’re looking forward to coming back!

There were a few times the communication lapsed with owners. And this is the first we've stayed with no tv in guest room. Overall, great place.

Great Escape

The overall experience was great, the house interiors are even nicer than the pictures- high ceilings and each room is very large, the beds were great! I am picky with beds and the master bed was amazing, my teenage kids both said the other beds were great as well, pool and screened Lani were a haven from the heat, ceiling fans in almost every room- some things came up that Susan worked out with us or will get fixed- there is not a working BBQ at the house, and I suggest some undercounter lighting in the kitchen as some of the counters could use some more light- Overall a wonderful place to stay and experience the Island and the western everglades

MARCO ISLAND MARCH VACATION

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Several small issues came up and the owner immediately helped us with the small problems. The house was very clean and location was wonderful. My only recommendation would be to update the pillows and linens. Thank you for the use of your beautiful home.

Simply Amazing

My wife and I came down to Marco to check out the area as a potential for retirement… we absolutely LOVED this house!! Perfect location, wonderful early morning views and awesome sunsets from the deck. Fish galore surrounding the dock and we even had a dolphin visit. Susan was great! She was prompt to answer the few questions that we had…highly recommended and we hope to come back very soon! At the end of our stay my wife and I agree this is exactly how and where we want to retire! Love this place! Thank you Susan for sharing your home with us!

My family had a wonderful time at this home. The owner was very responsive. The pool was great the dock was amazing and the views were amazing.

The good The bad The ugly

The good: location is fab. Pool and dock wonderful. Bikes are a plus. The bad: beds are very uncomfortable. Lighting is awful. TV’s are different with no cable. Had to sign up for Hulu to watch anything. The ugly: carpets were disgustingly stained. There was literally not a comfortable place to sit in or outside. This would be ok for a week but we were here a month and without a major update to the interior would not return. The owner/manager was very friendly and replied immediately. No issues with her at all. The house needs a lot of TLC.

Wonderful House

We enjoyed our stay. Susan was great to work with. The house was very well stocked with all the essentials for cooking, towels, etc. Loved it here.

Great space and pool!

Property had a great layout and space for our family trip! The kids loved the pool which was well kept and a good size. Views from the dock were lovely. Communication with owner was quick and efficient. We highly recommend this house and will consider visiting again!

Great family house

What we loved...the beautiful and large dock that we fished off of, the large water view, the 2 manatees that came right up to the seawall in front of us, the spacious and comfortable living area, and the fenced in yard for the dog. What we weren't crazy about...one of the extra bedrooms was attached to the master bedroom thus leaving us with little privacy, some areas needed a bit of repair like the master bath cabinetry and the peeling paint on the pool waterfall. The fact that it was on a main road didn't bother us at all because we were in the back of the house all of the time. Overall, we would definitely come back and we had a great experience.
