Nice 1 Bedroom Pool Villa close to the beach

This villa is a very nice and modern 2 bedrooms pool Villa built in 2012, located in the prime location of Sudamala a very convenient location, where you are only meters away from restaurants, bars and shopping areas.
In addition, it is only a mere 500 meters from the beach.
When you book is as 1 Bedrooms we will close the guest Bedroom and you will have the hole place for yourself.
The Villa has a nice garden and a private swimming pool for rest and relax.
It is bright, decorated with modern interiors and comes with great space you can use during your vacation. It features 2 Bedrooms each with King size Bedrooms and ensuite bathroom.
The house could accommodate 4 people.
We also have a Baby Crib in case you have an infant.

The fully equipped kitchen is complete with everything you need to prepare a gourmet dinner.
A 40 inch LED TV with international satellite channels and a reliable Internet Wi-Fi is also included in the tariff.

All rooms inside the villa are non-smoking areas but smoking is allowed in all outdoor areas including undercover awning and swimming pool areas.

A very safe neighborhood really convenient and peaceful is a mere 3 minutes walk to the beach.
This is the closer villa to the beach and the main road of Sanur with all the offering!
You can pretty much walk everywhere.

The Mertasari area (southern part of Sanur) is the best place for water sports like Diving, Kitesurfing, Windsurfing, Surfing and Stand Up Paddle Surfing. The outside reef has nice waves for every level of surfing and it creates a natural calm lagoon where you can always have a swim, so is ideal for kids.

Sanur is a great base to explore Bali from, with Seminyak, Kuta and Legian only a short 30 minutes taxi ride away, as is the Airport via the new express Tollway. Nusa Dua is only a 35 minutes drive and Ubud is about a 45 minutes drive from this beautiful villa.

Getting There
Airport transfer at 180.000 rp (about 14 US$ for one car that fits 4 persons). Our friendly driver will take you to the Villa via the fast Tollway and if you need to stop to buy some groceries on the way to the Villa he will stop in a minimarket in Sanur close by.
Rental car with driver is also available for shopping trips and guided tours (price on request).

If you need the second bedroom for some of the night we can open for you at a charge.
