This villa is a luxury 3 bedroom Villa built in 2014 in the prime location of the Mertasari area in Sanur. Just 150 meters from the beach, it has been tastefully decorated to create privacy and very comfortable surrounds. When you book this Villa as 2 Bedrooms we will lock the third bedroom and you will have the all place for yourself.
This accommodation offers privacy, landscaped gardens and a beautiful 3 x 9 meter private pool that is perfect for putting in those morning laps. Its comfort and the vicinity of the beach just a short 5 min stroll at the end of the street, and with places to shop, water sports activities and places to dine all within a stone throw, makes this an ideal villa to celebrate your holidays with family or friends.
The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms, it will accommodate 6 people (there is enough space for a Baby Cot if needed!). Each bedroom has AC, king size double bed with mosquito net, desk, sofa chair, electronic safety box and its own 32 inches LED TV with Cable TV.
The fully equipped kitchen is complete with everything you need to prepare a gourmet dinner. The living room has a 42 inch LED TV with Satellite system that picks up all Australian Free to Air TV programs. High speed internet Wi-Fi is also included in the tariff.
All rooms inside the villa are non-smoking areas but smoking is allowed in all outdoor areas including undercover awning and swimming pool areas. The Villa is located inside a real Balinese compound, your neighbors will be a very nice Balinese family so not only will you experience a luxury vacation but also get to know some local people, their tradition and their culture.
The Mertasari area is in the southern part of Sanur, out of the traffic and noise and is the new residential haven in Sanur. The beach at this end is also the favorite place for Balinese to bath at Sunrise and Sunset. It is also the best place for watersports like Diving, Kitesurfing, Windsurfing, Surfing and Stand up Paddle Surfing. The outside reef has nice waves for every level of surfing and it creates a natural calm lagoon where you can always have a swim so is ideal for kids.
Sanur is a great base to explore Bali from, with Seminyak, Kuta and Legian only a short 30 minutes taxi ride away, as is the Airport via the new express Tollway. Nusa Dua is only a 35 minutes drive and Ubud is about a 45 minutes drive from this beautiful villa.

Getting There
Airport transfer at 180.000 rp (about 14 US$ for one car that fit 4 persons). Our friendly driver will take you to the Villa via the fast Tollway and if you need to stop to buy some groceries on the way to the Villa he will stop in a minimarket in Sanur close by.
Rental car with driver is also available for shopping trips and guided tours (price on request).

This 3 bedrooms Villa can also be rented as 2 Bedrooms. In that case we will just close the third bedroom that has a private entrance and you can enjoy the entire Villa.
