We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered. Kelly-I'm sorry about the logs coming up and making it noisy. It will happen on occasion. Glad you were able to relax and enjoy the sea life sights:) Thank you for choosing DIBR:)

Marie, I'm so sorry the property was not up to the standard it should have been. I hope you called the office so we can get someone back out immediately. We want our guests to have the best vacation in our properties. I will ask housekeeping if we can schedule a deep clean. We are trying to get all of them completed before the summer vacations start. All of our properties have quarterly pest control. I hope you called the office to get the pest control back out. I'm sorry the property was not up to standard and hope you give us another try~DIBR

Thank you so much for the great feedback! Very glad you enjoyed your stay and we will work on making toiletry supplies a more explicit part of the our communication, as well as continually revisit standard inventories for properties.

Hi, thank you for staying with us. The pictures were taken in 2019. There is a new new neighbor NW of the property. We will do a walkthrough for nails sticking up on the decking. The partially covered stairs is good thing and all gulf side houses bury their bottom steps. This is important for when storms come. We did send someone out when you called. I do see where our maintenance person notated that he walked the entire perimeter of the house and could not find the described item. We should have talked to you at that point though to clarify and I apologize that we didn't. Thank you again for staying with us and I am very glad you enjoyed your time.
