2 Madaket Ct. - Professionally Managed by Coldwell Banker Premier.
This large 4 bedroom home is new to the market and ready for you to start making vacation memories!
The first floor has multiple gathering areas, beautiful kitchen and dinning area, and a large deck off the rear of the home overlooking the community pond and all the wildlife that comes with it.
The first floor also offers a private tucked away primary suite and bathroom featuring a standup shower and a soak-in jacuzzi tub.
The second level features another great area for gathering, along with 3 additional bedrooms, one of which is another primary suite.
This home is located right across the street from the community clubhouse and pool, and our rental is dog friendly! Bring your furry friends with you on vacation, and enjoy everything Rehoboth, Dewey and Lewes have to offer!
​​​​​​​BONUS - Owner provides 1 Dewey Beach Parking permit for the duration of your stay!

Bedding- 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Queen, 1 Double & 1 Single

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $211.75.

Booking Restrictions-
2 Night Stays Required

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

Beautiful pet friendly home close to pretty much everything you would want. Lots of room for everyone and great common areas and back deck with great view of pond and water features. Wonderful neighborhood and we really enjoyed the club house and pool which was clean and well maintained too. The property description and photos were very up to date. We hope to go back!

Best Vacation House Ever!

Our family of 9 truly enjoyed our stay here! Clean and Close to everything! Plenty of room and right next to the pool. We hope to vacation here at this house again next year!! My dad is handicapped has trouble walking and this home was great for him to get around!

This is a beautiful, very clean home. All the furniture and beds are very comfortable and well taken care of. The only thing I would note is that the stairs to get to the additional bedrooms are very steep. The drive to beaches, shopping and the boardwalk are so conviently close. The salt water pool was very nice and very clean. Our family really enjoyed this home with all our pups!

Weekend stay to attend family wedding

Fabulous property, great value and our contact person, Myles, was fabulous in that the Internet was not initially working and he responded promptly and got Comcast to fix it within a couple hours. Already looking into staying for a longer period next year for our family vacation.

Beautiful house!

We loved the house! Much larger than I expected. So much space. Love that it’s pet friendly yet spotless! They have everything you need. Very comfortable. Beautifully decorated. So close to Rehoboth and Dewey beaches! The pool pass is such an awesome bonus! Would love to stay again.

It was a sisters trip there were only 3 of us the 4th sister couldn’t come

The house was beautifully decorated very comfortable and spacious! The extras left for the dog were a bonus and thoughtful!

Great Family Vacay

This property provided everything we needed and then some. It was beautifully decorated, plenty of space to chill, unwind, have alone time, or engage in outdoor activities. The beds were super comfy, spacious rooms and my grandson had plenty of spaces to hide for games of hide and seek. We loved it and appreciate accommodating midweek to midweek with crazy schedules. Thank you so much for a great time.

Lovely house w lots of room.

This is a wonderful house with a huge master suite down stairs and 3 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs. Also, plenty of sitting areas scattered throughout. It was perfect for the grandparents, 3 adult kids, and the little grandson. Comm5pool is just kitty corner from the house. Highly recommended!

Checking in was flawless but I will say it wasn’t as clean as what I hoped it would be, considering that you had a cleaning service in there before we got there. We had to clean out the tubs and change trash cans. But other than that everything was great. It’s a perfect location for us.

The Perfect House

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Rehoboth. About the house: Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nicely decorated, close to the pool space for everyone! About the house's location: centrally located in Rehoboth. We were 6 minutes from a grocery store. 10 minutes from the Tanger Outlets. 13 minutes from the boardwalk and beach. We loved the parking pass - made it very convenient to get to the beach. Suggestions for those staying: get the linen and sheet package. Thank you for sharing your future retirement home with us.

Lovely Family Vacation

This property was very spacious. The host offered a pool pass to the community pool and a parking pass near the beach. There was a helpful binder introducing us to the property and the surrounding areas. Are family did feel as if it were a little home away from home. A lot of toiletries and cleaning supplies were included. In short, this Property made my family a stay to remember. Will surely stay here again in the future! Thank you Walker damily!!!

Family Fun near Old Landing Road

Everyone in our group loved the look and feel of this spacious, sun-light infused home. The upstairs living room with the skylight made it easy for our eldest child to work remotely without being disturbed. The deck and the kitchen where great for dining --our group ranged from 6-7 people and there was plenty of space for all. The home included considerate touches such as paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent that we were not expecting to find. Finally, the location was quiet but not too remote. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Great Beach House!!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house. It was very clean - I’m the type that checks mattresses and they were pristine. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of pots, pans, plates, glassware, and appliances. They even had some amenities like toilet paper and paper towels. We were fully prepared to buy/use our own though. The house is so spacious. Plenty of room for our two little families. And the little doggy treats were a very nice touch. It’s a beautiful property that is close to all sorts of stores and the beach isn’t far away at all. We would love to stay here again. Definitely highly recommend!

The house is beautiful and extremely clean! Quiet and safe location for young kids and extended family. Close to the beaches, shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay again! Our only issue was that the mattresses were quite hard and uncomfortable. Everything else was wonderful!

This house was lovely, in a great location between the Rehoboth boardwalk/attractions and Lewes Beach. We appreciated access to the community pool, which is right across the street from the house; the quiet neighborhood and the spacious, well appointed and homey feeling rental.What I did not enjoy was the fact that the owner uses a third party realtor (Coldwell Banker) to manage the rental process for them. So, instead of all communication and financial transactions going through Vrbo as you’d expect, there was an additional layer to all of that separate from Vrbo, that was just a bit of a hassle to keep up with. When you book from Vrbo, you expect for everything to happen through the platform.Additionally, I don’t know why beach rentals tend to do this, but no towels or linens were included (you could pay upwards of 250 extra for a linen package, however…) which I find extremely annoying and an additional chore to have to pack and bring for vacation. Lastly, the representative from Coldwell Banker communicated with me that we had to bring many other items (hand soap in the bathrooms- of which there were 4), dish soap, paper towels, dishwashing tablets, clothes washing detergent etc. that all took time and space for us to pack- only to find out that the house came equipped with all of it. I was happy to see the house had all that stuff, but frustrated that I was told otherwise and took up room in our car lugging it all with us. Please improve accuracy of communication
