As much as we appreciate your feedback, I'm a bit confused as to what prompted your recommendation for an additional lock on the door. Naples has a reputation of being an extremely safe city and there have been no issues to warrant concern in this regard. Not only did I not hear from you during your stay with above concerns, but you never mentioned any of the other issues either. If you felt an additional lamp would have been beneficial, I would have been happy to accommodate. There was a chest of drawers inside the master closet. The couple of paint cans inside the closet could have been relocated if you felt they were restricting your space. Guests with children typically appreciate toys left behind. Although the lanai is power washed on a regular basis, we apologize if you felt it needed additional attention. We were also unaware of any operational concerns with sliding doors. Knowing the level of service we were willing to provide (allowing packages to be mailed to our personal home & delivering to your unit), I find it surprising that you would not share concerns during your stay. We pride ourselves in providing a high level of customer service. Being given the opportunity to address issues during your stay ensures a more enjoyable vacation experience. We're so very sorry to hear that you had issues during your stay. Since that time, the owner has replaced the sofa cushion in question that you referenced in your review. New inserts resolved that issue. We're now replacing the primary bedroom mattress that you mentioned was uncomfortable as well.
