Enjoy some of the best views in the Galena Territory in this 4 BR 3.5 bath house. Recently renovated from top to bottom using the highest quality materials and finishings. With over 3,200 square feet of living space, our home will provide you and your guest with the space you need.

Our home offers 3 levels of living space. The entry level features a spacious gourmet kitchen with adjacent dining area that seats 8 guests. The island also offers sitting for three. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Off the kitchen is a half bath with full laundry. Next to the kitchen, you enter a living room with a fireplace for those winter visits. Large sliding doors offer plenty of natural light and access to the front porch. The master suite has a king bed, smart TV and a large bathroom with double sink, shower, bathtub and large walk-in closet. The master bedroom also offers a sliding door to the front porch.

Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms both with a king size bed and smart TV. Outside the bedrooms is a full bath- the shower even has a skylight!

The basement is the heart of the home and where you will spend most of your time. It offers a seating area with a large TV to watch your favorite movie or sports team. You will also find a pool table, card table, Pop-A-Shot basketball game, Golden Tee arcade game and a dry bar with mini fridge. The bedroom on this level features a king size bed and is next to another full bathroom. In addition, there is a pull-out sofa (queen size bed).

The hot tub is accessed through the walk-out sliding glass doors on the basement level and is fenced in for total privacy. There is a $125 fee for the hot tub. A bon fire pit in the front yard is perfect for those summer nights. We even include free firewood! The large yard has plenty of space for kids and dogs to run.

Staying at our house grants you access to the Owners Club which has indoor/outdoor pool, fitness center, basketball courts, tennis courts, game room and more! 6 passes are included, additional passes can be purchased for $5/day. The territory is home to 4 golf courses, has plenty of hiking trails, and also offers horseback riding and boat rental.

Be sure to check out our garage where we have pickle ball paddles, corn hole toss, and kid's toys. Our house is fully stocked so all you have to do is show up!
