Enjoy the tranquility of the patio for unobstructed views of the dune grass glowing in the setting sun. The large picture windows let you follow the sun as it slowly sets into the Pacific. The beach trail is just a few steps away to the beach and tranquil Pacific Ocean beyond. Following a dip in the ocean or walk on the beach, warm up with a soak in the large jetted tub. The kitchen overlooks the living room letting you enjoy the company of friends and family. Even in mid-winter you can bundle up and dash out for a quick taste of the wind and waves without freezing. This unit is a wonderful vacation spot for couples.




Your stay with us includes total access to all the amenities our property has to offer. This includes a year-round large outdoor hot tub, heated seasonal swimming pool, barbeque grills, and well equipped exercise center at the clubhouse. There is also a large grassy play-field perfect for the kids, a basketball court, putting green, horseshoe pits, and play area for the little ones. A fenced dog walk area is available for our 4 legged friends behind the clubhouse. Two EV Charging stations through ChargePoint are available for all guests near the clubhouse. Soak up the sunshine and relax on one of the many park benches and watch the activities. You'll have a great Vacation by the Sea in Westport in this wonderful vacation home. No worries, its time to have fun at the beach!

The kitchen was beautifully stocked. The entire unit was super clean. The beach is pretty much right outside the door! The host was super communative which made check in easy. We stay in Westport frequently and plan to retun to this unit!

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo, and we love it. The views are gorgeous, the condo is comfortable, and the host is responsive. Because this condo borders a state park, folks can't drive on this stretch of beach (just north of the condos), and that is a huge plus for us. Did you know the walking path goes all the way into town? Yup. And at low tide, head down to the jetty, and you can observe amazing sea life. There were only two things that could improve this experience:1. We'd love a hook for a bath towel right outside the shower. 2. How about a more comfortable reading chair with an ottoman and a lamp in the living room? The two chairs there look great now, but they're not super cozy. We are readers, and this would really enhance the experience.Those are petty things, but worth considering.

This condo did not disappoint ! So much room to move around in, very clean and the kitchen has everything you need. There is a partial view of the ocean which was amazing. The grassed area right off the back porch was so nice. The neighborhood deer came to visit each day. There is a pathway from the condo right to the beach!!! At the entrance of the complex is Westport Light State Park with lots of walking trails. From the condo is just a short drive to the piers and the jetty. We had such a great time, we will definitely be coming back.

Lovely, relaxing place

This was a wonderful stay, even with summer drizzle. The pool was warm, and the unit was spacious, refreshing and comfortable. Our dog and kids had a blast, and we enjoyed the Indiana Jones DVD : )

This condo was lovely and cozy! The view of the ocean was nice too, even if it wasn’t a full on view. The condo was clean with everything we needed in the kitchen and more. And we were so glad we could bring out dog along with us. I loved having a king size bed!!. We had no complaints whatsoever. The grounds around the condos was immaculate and it was only a very short distance to the beach. We enjoyed watching the deer outside our window as they bedded down in the tall grass in the evening and at 6 a.m. they were rising to get on with the day. I counted 10 in all, but there could have been more. It was so relaxing and the weather was great. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you so much for the great accommodations.

We were only a few minute walk to the beach, we could see the ocean from the patio and enjoyed hearing the waves all day and night. The space itself is welcoming, clean, and had all the amenities we required. It was very dog friendly and felt very curated for people to bring their pups. It had a leach (in case you forgot), a place for their bowls, and a dog bed. The condo area also had a small fenced in area for dogs to be off leash!Only thing, there isn't AC but they have lots of fans. Cracking a window is ideal as the place did get a bit warm.

What a gem of a place! Property manager was extremely communicative/helpful. The unit itself was beautiful and looked just as advertised. The proximity to the beach and all of the community amenities was fantastic. My family hopes to stay here again! We made great memories and the only negative was when our time to go home came!

Beautifully Decorated

We also rented 611 for our sons, daughter-in-laws, grandsons, and their dog. It was the perfect set up! This condo is really nice, we loved how it was decorated and had high end modern appliances. You can see the ocean/tide, and deer.

Great time at a paw-some place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My girlfriend and I brought our two dogs to stay at a paw-some place for 8 nights. This was not our first time at vacations by the sea, but it was our first time in this room. The room was great! It was right by the entrance to the beach, everything was nice and clean upon arrival, and the kitchen was amazing. We ate in for all of our meals, so that was important. The living room is also nice and cozy, and the bedroom was large and comfortable. I spoke to management when adding days to our stay, and they were very nice and helpful every time we talked. I would definitely recommend vacations by the sea AND room 613 to anyone who loves the ocean, and to anyone with a dogs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great ground level property, everything needed was available to make our stay pleasurable. Beach location was awesome and easily accessible. At the current time there is ongoing construction during the week, none on the weekend. But this is to simply beautify the entire property and was of no disruption to us. One single minor complaint was the comfort of the sofa for enjoying TV in the evenings. But it’s a sleeper sofa which are not always comfortable for seat. Great weekend this is our new favorite property and location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here two other times over the past couple of years even though we don’t have pets. It’s a great location and the place is so cute, but this time we noticed the carpet is looking and smelling a little too “pet friendly” - it may be time to upgrade flooring to hard surface flooring. We had an overwhelming smell of carpet deodorizer during our stay and noticed one or two suspicious circular spots on the carpet near the kitchen....

Only one suggestion, having an instruction guide for the TV's and the AC would really help... I had my 20 year old son with me and it took both of us to figure out the TVs, never did figure out the AC but the windows worked! Will definitely return!

Relaxing

Reviewer Comments: My third time back to Westport and I enjoy the accommodations and beautiful beach every time.Buildings are being updated, so there was some exterior pressure washing and construction going on. It didn’t distract from our stay, except for a short period when we couldn’t use the patio.There were a few basic kitchen staples we needed for the kitchen, but over all paper products were there for our use.
