After hosting an extended stay family (year plus stay) at La Casita Sea Esta, we are now again hosting vacation rental guests. Prior to re-opening we've made several upgrades - new loveseat and new queen mattress and all new bed and baths linens.

Welcome to La Casita Sea Esta - located in a great location referred to as "midtown Westport." Being a smaller home, La Casita Sea Esta boasts an excellent floor plan and functions larger than its true size. You've heard location, location, location and La Casita certainly offers that. We are an easy walk to the beach, the Westport lighthouse as well as the 2.5-mile walking/biking trail along the water. We are a short walk from several restaurants, espresso/coffee, tavern and grocery store.

The home offers a spacious kitchen and is well supplied with updated appliances and all the cookware and gadgets you'd find at home - possibly even more!

The living room features a ROKU SMART TV with 70 channels provided on YouTube TV. Use your Amazon or Netflix account, DVD player, two comfortable recliners and loveseat. There is a selection of DVDs, books and games. A strong Comcast internet connection is also provided.

Both bedrooms have queen size mattresses. The mattresses and linens are of nice quality. The bedrooms are bright with nature light from the large windows, and each offers a nice view to the wooded backyard.

The bathroom is a 3/4 bath - shower only. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap are provided. Along with bath towels.

The backyard living area is private and offers a fantastic space for quality time relaxing, dining or cooking a meal on the BBQ. Take a nap in the hammock or relax on the porch swing. Have a cozy evening by the fire pit and play a game of corn hole. From the outside you can hear the fog horns and often the ocean too. The kids' area has sandbox; beanbag toss board and a fun woodsy area to explore! The woodsy outdoor setting and outdoor living space combine for a truly unique experience likely offered in few other homes in the area.

An outdoor sink is available for guest use to clean those razor clams, crabs or your fish cleaning.

We are pet friendly but first must communicate with guests about their dog. Please contact us and we'd be happy to discuss the arrangements. There is a $25 non-refundable pet fee. Failure to disclose bringing a dog voids the reservation and forfeits all money paid. Dogs must be picked up after and be leashed when off property. The entire property is fenced/enclosed.

Need Ideas for places to eat and area attractions? We have put together an extensive list of area restaurants, shops and attractions for our guests. We provide this to our guests prior to their stay. Our list covers Westport, Grayland and Tokeland.

We advertise a maximum of 4 guests. If a family has an infant, we may be able make an exception and allow up to 5 guests total. Please contact us in advance to discuss.
