Welcome to Unit 513!

This penthouse level condo is spectacular. Relax and enjoy the completely unobstructed view from this top floor direct oceanfront condo on a car free beach. The waves are only feet from your balcony. Stroll along the perfect beach or make the ultimate sand castle with your family. Watch the dolphins play in the surf. Enjoy the view from one of the largest balconies on the beach.

Keyless entry is a great convenience along with free wireless Internet access. There is a locking safe in the guest bedroom. There is a king bed in the master bedroom with a private bathroom and 2 twins and a queen bed in the guest bedroom that will sleep 6. There is also a tv in the guest bedroom.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided.

2nd trip there and still love it!

Clean, close to the beach and quiet. Didn't have beach towels but we made it work. Always love this place and the staff that manage it.

Beautiful location

There for a wedding and it was the perfect location. The view was amazing. Beach was beautiful pool was super clean. Very well stocked with cooking supplies as well as beach supplies. Five stars!!

Perfect location

I was very happy with this place. The condo was clean and well kept, nothing fancy but just right. The location is perfect, it is literally right on the beach! The area of the beach that it is located was not over crowded which was also nice. I would definitely come back.

Awesome penthouse

Absolutely love this penthouse. Listing was just as described. We had to leave early due to Hurricane Milton. I will definitely try and rent this one again.

Happy Stay

Everything about the place was just great. We enjoyed ourselves.There were a few things after paying 4k to stay there, that were unusual and a bit off putting. Small for sure, not having paper towels or sufficient toilet paper seemed, well, quite chinchy. Not being able to just run the dishwasher and leave was quite strange.

Thank you John for your 5 star review. There should have been a starter roll of paper towels left for you, our apologies. Per our VRA agreement and Airbnb, we only provide a starter roll of TP for each bathroom. Supplying 55 units with a week's worth of TP would only increase the cleaning fee as well as everyone having their own preferences. :) You ARE able to just run the dishwasher and leave... Perhaps you meant having to take out your trash and throwing away used food in the fridge was the inconvenience?? We do hope it wasn't too off putting. We sometimes have 40 units to turn over in a limited time for the next guests arrival so having guests take out their trash and used food really helps the turnover process. We appreciate you following the check out rules and we thoroughly enjoyed having you as our guests. We really hope you'll visit us again in the future! Thanks again!!

Beautiful views

Check in and out went very smoothly. Great communication with Owner and quick positive response to questions and concerns. Very soft beds. Beautiful full ocean views from Master Bed, Balcony, Living Rm and Kitchen. Wake up to the sun rising over the ocean without ever getting out of bed!

Family Time

Elevator to condo was out all week, as was the access to beach! My brother who has COPD had a difficult time getting around and certainly not get to the beach, The cleaning of the condo needs to be better

We're so sorry one of our elevators was down during your stay. We were awaiting a part. Thankfully both are now in working order. Only one set of beach stairs was being worked on due to the hurricane damage. I do hope you were aware of our other beach stairs listed. We will let the cleaner know you were not satisfied. We had a total of 35 turnovers in a day, perhaps they rushed too much in efforts to accommodate the next guests wanting an early check in. The unit was inspected prior to your arrival. Regardless, you have our sincere apologies and hope you'll give us another visit in the future, esp. with all our upgrades from the hurricane damage. :)

Beautiful view.

Kitchen glasses did not seem clean when we arrived. I assume that was the previous guest? Need a new thermal cooler bag for beach. Current one has broken zippers and leaks!

Thank you for the 5 stars Catherine! Hmmm, I have a feeling it was the dishwasher that didn't do a good job and we are looking into that this week. The cooler bag must be an extra from the owners, as we didn't know there was even one in there. Great location on the beach

The condo is a good size for 3 to 4 people. Kitchen was well equipped, living and dining area good size. Balcony had a fantastic view of the ocean, outdoor furniture is a little dated but ok for our use. The pool and area with chairs near the ocean is a great assett, with direct access to the ocean, you have everything for a good stay. There is a lovely large room near the pool, which can be used for family gatherings, there is a dining event put on every few weeks which is $5 per person. Food was good and was a good way to meet other vactioners. There was a very strong smell of cleaning products when we arrived, but found the wood work around door handles was grimy, even black in places, a little off putting especially in the bathrooms., I cleaned all these areas. The quilt in the 2nd bedroom had a brown stain that seemed to be bodily fluids, fortunately we were able to wash it, but it was a little off putting. Wondering if these quilts are washed between each renter, they are thin enough to be washed and dried, hoping that this was just an oversight! We would rent this condo again, but would enquire beforehand about the cleaning/washing.

You are correct in that the quilts are to be washed in between renters and obviously the doors around the handles as well. Fantastic place! Will rent again.

This place was awesome! The location was perfect, proximity to the ocean couldn't have been better. We could hear the waves crashing at night and woke up to a beautiful view to enjoy with our morning coffee. We stayed here with other friends, that were in the same condo building, for our daughter's high school senior get away. Our group of families enjoyed the ocean, the pool, the games outside, the indoor air conditioned entertainment area for a cookout, and of course the massive no-drive beach! We were there at the end of March 2022 and the area mostly had families just like ours. It wasn't a big party condo so we enjoyed the civility of the guests 😊 The nights were very peaceful while we walked the beach. There were many great restaurants in the area and even an awesome ice cream parlor within walking distance. 1st time we've ever stayed in new Smyrna beach and we'll definitely do it again, and definitely at this condo! Thank you for keeping a most welcoming place for families to enjoy!

Excellent!

This condo was perfect for a family trip we recently made to New smyrna. The condo was spacious with alot of room to move around and the views from the balcony were amazing. Cate kept in touch and the check in process was flawless. Will definitely be staying at this location again!

Beautiful View of Ocean. Quiet. Great pool

The cleaning company mopped floors, cleaned bathrooms and wiped down counters. I spent 1st day cleaning myself. Blinds broken, laying on floor by couch. Dryer door broken, couldn't use. Guest room trash left. Guest room, comforter placed over unmade sheets on double bed. The couch had trash under cushions. We scrubbed patio at living room. Looked like someone thru up on patio. Drain in guest room tub clogged. A Real Shame . We've stayed at Hacienda Del Sol 1 many times. Looks like that's where we'll continue to stay from now on.

HDS 2. You are right on the beach. The properties has all the amenities you need including grills, shuffle board and a great club house. The property is clean and well maintained. Great place to stay

Hacienda Del Sol II offers a large seasonally heated swimming pool with a brick paved deck and there's also a kiddy pool where the little ones can enjoy themselves. Comfortable chairs and sun loungers are available around the pool and there are restrooms and showers inside the cabana. Hacienda del Sol II also has an oceanfront sun deck overlooking the beach - a wonderful location to relax, read a book or just keep an eye on the children.
If sitting still is not for you, then, challenge the family to a game of shuffleboard on the court with a wonderful ocean view. Two large gas grills are available for use by the cabana, which also has a kitchen. Grill lunch or dinner for the family or a few friends and dine in the cabana. You may also borrow books from our mini-library in the cabana or sit and surf the web on our computer. Free Wi-Fi is available in each unit.

If your unit is not equipped with a laundry room, we have coin laundry facilities on every floor on both ends of the building.

Surfers will love our location - recognized as one of the best surf hotspots on the East Coast. We have numerous surf schools and rental shops to keep everyone happy. This is a great place to learn to surf so set aside some time to hit the waves!

Boat rentals, charters, and expert guide services make fishing easy, and these resources are almost as plentiful as the fish themselves. Deep-sea charters leave New Smyrna Beach daily, giving offshore fishers an easy way to wet a line in the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.

Flagler Avenue is only minutes away by car which offers tons of shopping, restaurants/bars, cafes and more! There are also some beachfront restaurants- "Ocean's Tiki Bar", "The Breakers Oceanfront Restaurant & Bar", and "Chases on the Beach" to enjoy the view!
