Welcome to Ponce de Leon Towers 303! This 2- bedroom/2- bathroom condo gives guests a 24/7, up-close seat to New Smyrna's ebbing tides and clear non-driving shore. Inside, you will find a fully stocked kitchen and a spacious living room with balcony access. From the balcony, you can enter the primary bedroom through its private entryway. The bedroom includes a king bed and flat-screen TV. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and 2 twin beds, making this unit sleep 6 guests. At the end of a fun-filled day with the family gather on the beach and watch spectacular sunsets. Come start making memories at Ponce de Leo Towers 303 that will last a lifetime.


About Ponce de Leon Towers Complex:

Ponce de Leon Towers is an oceanfront complex on New Smyrna's driving shore. Guests have access to a seasonally heated pool, direct beach access, shuffleboard courts, a community room with a pool table, and plenty of on-site parking. The complex is within walking distance to multiple restaurants and less than 2 miles from the popular Flagler Avenue and the area's main grocery store.

The condo was very clean and well equipped. A couple of minor issues arose during our stay, but the management company responded quickly and brought about satisfactory resolutions to everything. The property as a whole appeared to be well maintained and kept up properly. The pool and pool area was clean and well maintained as well. We will definitely consider staying at this property in the future.

Great Condo

This condo was awesome. It was exactly as pictured. The unit was clean and had lots of extras. I had to contact management twice and was answered promptly both times. I wish it had a washer/dryer in unit. It said laundry on property but it was just one washer and dryer. We found a clean laundromat nearby. I highly recommended this rental.If the weather had been nicer it would have been a perfect vacation.

Beautiful beachfront place

It was absolutely wonderful here! The place is updated and so cute! The views are amazing of the beach from the room and the living room! It had everything we needed! It was a perfect vacation with our baby for our ten-year anniversary. The location is perfect as it to the non-drive beach so there is still a life guard but it’s not as busy. Highly recommend! is on the drive beach but you can walkoff of it

Quiet stay with a great view

This condo was very clean and quiet. I had no issues with check-in or check-out. The kitchen is well stocked. The bedding was great, and there was extra if needed. It was everything I needed for my stay. The only thing that I could complain about is that when I reserved the space, they listed a washer and dryer in the unit. Two nights before I got there, the listing had changed to no washer or dryer due to some safety concern (understandable), but there was no communication of this, and I happened to stumble across it. Luckily, coin-operated machines across the hallway always seemed to be available. Overall this is a great space and I would definitely stay again.

Biktoberfest stay in NSB

The elevator closes to our rented unit was out of operation the entire time which meant we had to take a longer walk in the windiest of all weeks. The make/shift luggage rolling cards were not strong enough to get us from the cars to the elevators without a struggle. The balcony was sand blasted and even upon out arrival it had not been prepared for us to sit out there so we had to clean the balcony & all the furniture before being able to enjoy it. The construction workers were out jack hammering the sidewalks as early as 7:30 am...a bit too early. We left the place better than how we found it for sure. Because of hurricane Milton, we had to be moved from our original reserved rental to this complex. I knew there would not be access to the beach and it was scary as the water was crashing against the sea wall most of the days.

Great Spring Break stay for a family

The condo was absolutely beautiful and so well kept! When there was a slight issue with our door code when we were checking in they were super responsive and solved right away. The location was great and the beach beautiful. It was great this condo provided beach chairs, towels, umbrella and beach toys! We would most definitely book this condo again!

Beautiful unit - disappointed with hosting

The unit was really great! It was well-stocked and nicely furnished. The view was amazing!!! Thank you to the owners. However, we did have some issues with the hosting. There wasn't a beach access key in the unit, and we didn't find we needed one until we went down to the beach. This was really disappointing, as you expect to have easy access to the beach with this kind of unit. I called for the key Sunday midday but didn't receive it until Monday afternoon (we were leaving Tuesday morning).Thankfully - there was an open boardwalk for the condos next door - but you had a decent walk to get to their boardwalk. The other issue was that the elevator went out. We called multiple times, but there didn't seem to be any real proactive measures taken to resolve the issue (in fact, only one team member even called me back)- and the unit is on the 5th floor. This was a bit of a problem for one of our party with knee issues. The elevator was not fixed during our stay and we had to take all of our luggage down 5 flights of stairs! So, in review - beautiful unit, but disappointed with the hosting.

Fun! Thoughtful Host

We had a great time, Beautiful views and morning sunrises! Steps away from the beach. Spacious! and wonderfully equipped, we even fund beach toys for our 2 year old son. I highly recommend staying at this condo.

Amazing place

This condo was perfect. It was very clean and spacious. The pool was really nice and well kept. Short walk to the beach with private access. We will be staying here again.

Great get away

Throughly enjoyed our stay!!! Location was great, rooms were clean and plenty of space for my husband and I and our 4 kids ages 14-3!! The quiet family get away we needed!!!!

Pet Friendly

We enjoyed our stay and the view from the 8th floor was wonderful. Our dog also enjoyed the view and smells from the balcony. I wish we could return next year, but the condo will no longer allow pets in 2023. Otherwise, we would return to this condo and recommend it to travelers without pets.

Perfect spot

Very clean property, fully stocked with everything you need. great beach front and location for restaurants. The only thing I noticed was the blender motor was dirty and would expect a full roll of paper towels. Fantastic condo with comfortable furniture. I know the salt air does some damage to things but the condo should be aired out once in a while. Will definitely stay again if the prices are right.

Beautifully remodeled condo with everything we needed. Everything is new with its own new washer and dryer. The only suggestion I would make is to send check out requirements the day people leave. We have multiple stops on this journey so it was hard to find at the last minute with all the other emails. We would be back if it would continue to be Dogfriendly. Wonderful spot.
