Pets Welcome! We’re happy to host your furry friends, but all pets must be registered with us in advance. A $125 non-refundable pet fee applies.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: We offer early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional $50 fee (each), based on availability. These are not guaranteed and depend on other guest reservations, but we’ll do our best to accommodate and will confirm closer to your stay.

We do not offer refunds or rescheduling for bookings impacted by inclement weather, including tropical storms and hurricanes.

Loved our stay in Fernandina Beach! Tanya provided all the details we needed to get to our vacation getaway and check in. Everything was clean and in great shape. Only a short 2 block walk and we were on the beach! We had plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

Great stay! The home was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better — just steps from the beach and close to everything we needed. Awesome place!!! As advertised, very clean, thoughtful amenities, and great location - walkable to beach and short drive to downtown. Tanya was very helpful with clear instructions, food and activity recs, and always quick to respond. We were so appreciative to be able to bring our dog! This property was great. It was very clean, close to beach. Really enjoyed having the enclosed outdoor shower. King Beds were very comfortable. Our first visit to Amelia Island, but we will be back. Neighborhood was quiet and virtually no traffic to deal with during our visit. Restaurants nearby were wonderful.

Amelia Island Vacation

We had a wonderful time here. The place was perfect for our family of 4 and our dog. Just a couple minutes walk to the beach, and a 5 minute drive to downtown shops and restaurants. It is very clean, beautifully decorated, beds were comfortable and had everything we needed for a week long getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

Hot Sunny Beach stay

This property was as described on VRBO. A/C worked good and kept us cool, bed was very comfortable and location just 2 blocks from the beach. It was a good neighborhood to walk our dog; pet friendly people. Condo would work for a couple or small family as it has 1 full bathroom which is on the description. Host was very prompt with communication.

Perfect Summer Getaway!!

I'm adding Amelia Island to our favorites list and Isle De Mai was a pleasant part of that. Very clean and comfortable with nice little personal touches. The quiet location and close proximity to the beach made it a perfect summer getaway. I would definitely love to come back.

Wonderful!!!!

We absolutely loved our time at Isle De Mai. The condo was super clean and the location was perfect. We swam in the pool in the mornings and walked a block to the beach in the evenings. The outdoor shower made cleaning up from beach trips super easy. The condo was well stocked and the bed was more comfy than my own at home!!! We've stayed at many places on Amelia over the years, but this one ranks at the top! No doubt we'll be visiting again soon!!!

Unit was clean and well maintained. The host took extra steps to make sure we were accommodated. Wonderful communication and a great place to stay if you're bringing a pet along - a good amount of green grass around the house, as well as a shower in the back to rinse off after the beach. Townhouse community was very safe, as well. The pool was clean and easy to access. All around, 5 star stay. Thanks so much!

Just what I needed!

Shelling is my therapy. The tide was low or going out each day. The weather was beautiful. The shells were plentiful. The condo is at a great location. It appears to be brand new, very nicely decoratated and the beds were very comfy. Everything we needed was provided. Thank you Tanya and John!

Wonderful Townhome!

We had a wonderful weekend at Tanya's townhome. It is very nice and was super clean! The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the extra touch of the bottled water and snacks! The bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds and the bathrooms are nicely updated. The beach is very close and the pool is large and has a lot of tables with umbrellas and lounge chairs. Tonya always responded quickly to any questions we had. Excellent communication! We highly recommend and are already planning on returning for another stay! We would highly recommend this townhouse

Birthday Week

Place was great! Our own personal little dislikes were the sectional couch ( we just do not like a section couch we feel they are uncomfortable). We also struggled with the tv situation because we are not big streaming tv watchers and do not have a lot of tv watching app subscriptions, so that was a little bit of an annoyance for us ! But all in all the place was great!
