Unwind by the community pool (not heated) or challenge your group to a game on the tennis courts (also lined for pickleball!). Assigned parking and access to visitor spots make coming and going a breeze.

Bring your whole crew — even the four-legged ones! Our condo is welcoming to pets and kids alike, making it ideal for family vacations or long-term stays for snowbirds seeking sunshine and serenity.

Pets Welcome! We’re happy to host your furry friends, but all pets must be registered with us in advance. A $125 non-refundable pet fee applies.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: We offer early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional $50 fee (each), based on availability. These are not guaranteed and depend on other guest reservations, but we’ll do our best to accommodate and will confirm closer to your stay.

*Access to complex amenities, including the pool and tennis courts, is subject to availability. Periodically, facilities may be closed for scheduled maintenance, seasonal cleaning, or required repairs. We recommend checking current status if these are a primary focus of your stay.

We do not offer refunds or rescheduling for bookings impacted by inclement weather, including tropical storms and hurricanes.

Beautiful end unit condo. Everything exactly as advertised. Very clean, organized and steps from the beach or very short drive to main beach park. We were only able to stay one night but we’re very happy and definitely would stay again. Loved the welcome book which was beautifully done and very thorough!

This property was great. It was very clean, close to beach. Really enjoyed having the enclosed outdoor shower. King Beds were very comfortable. Our first visit to Amelia Island, but we will be back. Neighborhood was quiet and virtually no traffic to deal with during our visit. Restaurants nearby were wonderful.

Amelia Island Vacation

We had a wonderful time here. The place was perfect for our family of 4 and our dog. Just a couple minutes walk to the beach, and a 5 minute drive to downtown shops and restaurants. It is very clean, beautifully decorated, beds were comfortable and had everything we needed for a week long getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

Amelia Island captured my family's hearts from the very beginning. It's remarkable how a conference visit turned into a love affair with the island and eventually led us to making it your home. We moved during the pandemic, and it was quite the adventure. Since then, we decided we wanted to share the beauty of Amelia Island with others and purchased a condo to rent. I hope our guests will be thrilled to experience the magic of the island just as you have.

Isle De Mai Fernandina Shores condo is a dream location! Being situated on the very north end of Amelia Island and just a three-minute walk from the beach offers breathtaking views and easy access to sun, sand, and surf. Plus, having a variety of amenities and activities nearby, such as restaurants, parks, Fort Clinch State Park, putt-putt, an outdoor basketball court, and skateboard park, ensures there's something for everyone to enjoy. And the convenience of being a quick drive away from downtown, with its dining, shopping, and exploration opportunities, adds another layer of charm to this idyllic spot. I believe it is a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure!

The proximity to the beach allows for easy access to sun, sand, and sea, enhancing the overall vacation experience.

Additionally, our property is equipped with everything needed for the perfect vacation stay. From well-appointed accommodations to thoughtful amenities, guests can expect comfort, convenience, and relaxation. Whether it's having a kitchen like at home, cozy bedding, or beach essentials, we have thought of everything to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay.
