This was a great place to stay. Close to the beach and a very quiet neighborhood. The owners were easy to get in touch with assisted with any questions. Everything was clean and in working order. We will visit again in the future.

This condo was very clean and comfortable. It has easy access to the beach and a nice pool on the property. The owner was very communicative and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was exactly as listed. The property owners were extremely helpful and very quick with communications. Would definitely rent from them again. The property was wonderful and very comfortable.

The property was extremely clean and well maintained with all the comforts of home. It was a super short walk to the beach and on a part that did not seem to be crowded which was perfect. It was close to all the restaurants and historic downtown. There was a pool right nextdoor if that is an option of importance for other travelers. The owners were very communicative and lovely to work with. - so very pleasant. All information was provided for check-in ahead of time, they checked in on me the day of to make sure everything went smoothly, the printed information binder for the area was a huge help. Thee day of check out they reached out to make sure everything was set and thanked me for the stay. The most pleasant hosts I have ever dealt with. I will definitely stay here again.

Ceiling fan and light were broken in master bedroom, so had to sleep in smaller bed in guest room. Otherwise, was a wonderful condo.

As for the ceiling fan and light, it was still fully functional so no need to sleep in the other room - but also being repaired and we apologize for the inconvenience - the light broke during the prior guests stay and we did not have enough time to replace the ceiling fan that same day before your arrival.

The condo is walking distance to the beach, which was great, condo was clean and great proximity to everything. Also, communication with the owner was great, which we really appreciated. We had a great time!

Greg had clear instructions on Checkin & Checkout process. The condo was clean and checkin was smooth. The kitchen had plenty of things to make meals although we ended up not using them.Easy walk to the beach where we watched the sunrise. Condo includes beach stuff that we didn't have like chairs, cooler & a beach cart to carry everything. This was very helpful!Pool looked nice but we ended up running out of time and not using it.We would love to come back in a heartbeat!

Greg was a great host. Easy access, clean and very comfortable beds. Forest Ridge is a good location as it is 1 block to the beach and Sliders is down the street. The best beach bar on the island. Thanks see you again

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Easy walk to beach and well equipped with beach friendly items like chairs umbrellas etc. Host was very responsive and made sure check-in was easy for us. Unit was clean and cozy comfortable for our family.
