The villas at Ocean Dunes are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website.

WOW !!! Beautiful !!! Newly renovated, everything brand new. This 4th floor oceanfront villa has a separate bedroom with a king size bed (New May 2022), a full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, combined oceanfront living room and dining area. Beautiful custom walk-in tile shower. Additional bedding for this condo includes a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. There is a balcony located directly oceanfront off the living room which offers a panoramic view of the ocean.

The Ocean Dunes, oceanfront pool is now a heated pool which will be open seven days a week all year long. The temperature will be set to 82 degrees, that is the industry standard. The pool hours are from 9AM till sunset.

You’ll find Ocean Dunes located on the south end of the island, along South Forest Beach Drive,just a short distance from Coligny Plaza.

Ocean Dunes is an oceanfront property that is situated about 70 yards from the ocean.

Each unit in Ocean Dunes has wireless internet service.

Guests enjoy access to the Hilton's Oceanside bar and Grill and Starbucks.

**Weekly rentals only Saturday to Saturday in the summer months and a 3 night minimum in the off season months**

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 420 was just amazing. It was the perfect fit for 2 people. The unit was very clean and it had a wonderful clean smell upon arrival. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We had every breakfast and lunch out there. The unit was well equipped except there was no potato masher. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ocean Dunes 420 was a great condo for my husband and I for our 35th wedding anniversary vacation. Not super fancy, but had pretty much everything we needed. The view was spectacular, and our most favorite thing about this condo! Overlooking the beautiful grounds with pool and ocean in view! The least favorite thing was the indoor furniture. I get why owners don’t want really good furniture in their rentals, but with us being 60yrs old, we want to be comfortable sitting in the condo and watching TV in the evenings...esp with the time change and it getting darker earlier. The couch is a sleeper sofa and most sleeper sofas are not very comfortable to sit on. Almost all condos have them, tho! The other 2 chairs are wicker and also not very comfortable! Recliners would be soooo much better! It said bed new in 2022, but it is like a memory foam mattress and we sank down in which made it a work out to turn over! We are used to sleep number bed, so this was hard to get used to lolThe balcony furniture was lovely!! We spent a lot of time out there during day hours. The condo was clean except for in corners and behind things. I pulled out the bedside table to plug in my phone and lots of dust and hair behind there! We did figure out to operate the living room TV, but never could figure out how to watch live TV on the bedroom TV. That was somewhat frustrating. We could watch apps, but that’s it. Overall, we loved the condo and location! We brought our own bikes and spent most days rising the trails and rising on the beach!

First Time at HH!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for us! The view from the balcony and the easy beach access was perfect. The amenities were also very good. The only issue we had was there is a VERY soft spot in the floor of the balcony. We reported this to the rental agency upon departure.

Great stay but needs a few things

The place is very clean but you need to get all the tvs worked on. The bedroom tv we couldn’t even get a signal. And the directions for the tv were for a different cable provider. Awful. The tv in the living area we couldn’t ever get live tv. You need to work on that. It would also help if you had things as simple as salt and pepper. Otherwise the view is one of the best. And the place was very clean. The sofa was not the best but good enough for the beach. We had to leave a day early because of a family emergency so that was a bit disappointing too.
