Welcome to Island Time y'all! Ocean Dunes, your perfect family getaway on Hilton Head Island!

This charming villa offers a stunning oceanfront view where you can savor your morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise. Enjoy direct beach access just minutes away or take a refreshing dip in the year-round heated pool.

The villa features a king-size bed, two bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa, making it ideal for families. It comes equipped with wireless internet, gated parking, elevators, and on-site laundry facilities. The complex offers two beach accesses with bathrooms, an outdoor shower, and convenient grilling and picnic areas next to the pool.

Each villa at Ocean Dunes offers complimentary wireless internet for your convenience.

Our oceanfront pool, now heated to a perfect 82 degrees year-round, is open daily from 9 AM until sunset. It’s the ideal spot to unwind and soak up the sun.

Located just 70 yards from the beach along South Forest Beach Drive, Ocean Dunes is perfectly positioned for easy access to Coligny Plaza, where you'll find an array of shops and dining options. Experience the best of beachside living with the comfort and convenience of Ocean Dunes 311!

This property has coin operated laundry on the property, not in the villa.

Dine at the Oceanside Bar & Grill adjacent to Ocean Dunes. Open for breakfast, lunch & dinner.

My mom and I stayed here for a small getaway and this condo exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed, clean, beautiful views. We truly enjoyed every bit of our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was excellent nice condo as described and location close to the beach was perfect. Just a couple small things. The sliding glass door did not lock and the smoke alarm went off when using a hair dryer.

We love HHI, we have stayed at Ocean Dunns many times before. This condo at first was great, great location. We made great memories. But the shower stopped working, the fridge went out, a living resident got out rate with me regarding laundry. The company of the property is managed through, gave us a small mini fridge and a portion of our food cost back but we lost hundreds of dollars in food, we had to through it all way. We got reimbursed for the laundry and they gave us 15% discount towards the room. The refund not enough to make us want to stay at this room again.

Thank you for your review. We apologize for the unfortunate events that were out of our control. We did everything we could to address the issues as they were presented to us including a full reimbursement of the receipt for groceries and a discount on the rent. Fantastic location and oceanfront! Larger than the other 1 bedroom we stayed at. Loved all the hooks for hanging towels and things and extra baskets and bins for stowing away stuff so that it dodnt overcrowd the smaller space. Would love to stay again!

Great place

The condo was small for 6 but the owners had baskets for our things and other nice accommodations. Very close to beach access and pool. Easy walk to shops and ice cream. We enjoyed our week there.

Love Hilton head

This is our third year staying at this property. We enjoy this day, although I wish they would’ve left more towels for eight days. It’s always a joy to visit.

Wonderful View

Wonderful view of the ocean. Easy walk to beach and pool. Nice bedroom, kitchen, living room with all of the amenities of home.

First time in Hilton head was wonderful

The unit was very nicely decorated and perfect for what we needed for the three of us. It was very clean and stocked with all the things you would need for your trip. It faced the ocean and we could easily see the pool which was wonderful. Would highly recommend this place and hope to stay there again in the future!

Fall beach vacation

our first trip to Hilton Head worked out wonderfully. The condo we rented was perfect. It was clean, comfortable and updated. We had a great view of the ocean and the pool from our balcony. Nice short walk to the beach too! Would definitely rent again,

Great place!!!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay tremendously! We were able to sit on our balcony every night and watch the deer down below us as they ate. We were able to see the diving seagulls at the ocean as well. It is the perfect spot, in the perfect area. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home. This was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had!

Perfect location with great view

We found this to be an absolutely perfect location (we took frequent walks and bike rides to Coligny square, and long bike rides along the beach to the southern tip of the island), with a beautiful view, a nice heated pool, and a grill area that we enjoyed using. The only things that could have made it better would be if it had electronic vs. key entry, and a more comfortable pull-out bed.

Great place

This was our second time to stay at this location. We find it to be in the perfect spot close to everything. We accidentally got locked out of the room and was stuck on the balcony. We called to get help. Help arrived within 30 minutes and we were so grateful! We cannot wait to come back for another 8 day vacation!

Very nice, close to beach, pool not crowded. Only negative is having to use key to enter and exit condo, would be nice to have keyless entry

Great oceanfront villa!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great little condo with everything we needed. Beach chairs, and umbrella were perfect. Very comfortable and completely relaxing. It has all the comforts of home, especially in the kitchen. Floors could be cleaner but it’s an indoor outdoor house. The pool needs more umbrellas. Staff was excellent and always helpful. All in all a wonderful getaway.

Location was fantastic!

Had a wonderful time! Unit was exactly what we needed. Wish the management company would add a link to the listing to communicate before booking. Just a couple of cons. Handles in the tub need to be fixed, AC trips the breaker, and no storage for dry food. Other than those minor issues, unit had everything we needed.

Early Birthday retreat for Mom

This place is clean, and everywhere has beach accents. Even thoughtful notes from the owner of where to find things. Love being oceanfront and enjoying that view in the living room and sitting on the porch. It's close to the shops and the staff is great at welcoming you home when we visit! Love this place!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was beautiful, the condo was very musty and has wall AC units. I was having a hard time with the smell. It needs a dehumidifier in there, it felt like the bedding was damp from the humidity. In the master bedroom, the plantation shutters do not block out the light from the outside hall so the room is not dark and has light coming in. It also has no light but lamps in the living room. It needs a ceiling fan or a light on the ceiling. So you can’t play any games at night because you can’t see.
