Family home and office with large backyard in the city

We try to think of everything you will need and provide you with just that for your time spent at our house. You enter the house into the dining room and can walk through to the kitchen or head down the hallway to the left to find the office, full bathroom, and and two bedrooms including the master bedroom and half bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you should need for cooking, baking, and meal prep. The living room is downstairs and features a 72” TV, equipped with streaming services for your entertainment. The laundry room and additional sleeping space are both downstairs as well.

The house is located on the south side of Eau Claire so a short drive to the downtown area: about 10 minutes.

Only a 2 minute drive to popular food and beverage offerings: Caribou Coffee, Jersey Mike’s, Hawaii Poke Bowl, Starbucks.

10 minute drive to major shopping centers and grocery stores: Oakwood Mall, Festival Foods, Sams Club, Walmart, Target, Aldi.

A short walk or very short drive to places like the Indoor Sports Center, and Bollinger Fields.

Conveniently located for traveling professionals. A short walk or drive to the Marshfield Medical Center and Mayo Urgent Care offices.

Other details to know: We require a $500 security deposit, a signed rental agreement/waiver, a valid US government issued photo ID, and that renters be 25 or older. Additionally this house only accepts stays of 30 days OR MORE. However on VRBO, I will only accept a 30 day stay. For any further timeframe, I will happily work with you on an extended basis.
